We've been staying in this resort few times and as always, they offer great service and facilities. We had good times playing table tennis and badminton in their facility. Also their ataff delivered good service when we checked in and order meal.

Improvement suggestion I want to address is on their table tennis room, where it's dusty and you can smell it. Also want to comment on the food portion when we ordered family size noodles soup. Mentioned for 4 persons but looks like the portion for 2-3 adults only. It was much better portion in our previous stay.

the hotel tried their best to serve guest.. and so much compliment such pisang goreng, mendoan tempe etc they provide for us .. love that traditional food.. also great staffs.

No WIFI at the villa ,while smartphone local operator having problem with network coverage.. Short stay such 2-3 nights would be okay.

What a lovely place this is! A true hidden gem. We were very happy with the great hospitality, the facilities for our young children and the peaceful surroundings. Very much recommended!

Room : Lighting too dark or dim with very warm color. No WiFi.

The shower room was ok, but the other room with the bathtub was so old and the hot water didn't work. Food was delicious with affordable prices.

Ambience.. also all the facilities are free.. we can for example row the raft across the man made lake and feed the fish in the middle of the lake Picking out strawberry yourself from the garden also nice.. the strawberry is sweet

The sports facilities not at tip top condition.. for badminton for example, we were given 2 rackets with almost unplayable shuttlecock.. which broke after few shots I thought the resort have swimming pools.. but it is not really an issue to enjoy the stay

Very calm, nice to stay, staff so polite and very helpful. The most importand is they do served the food to the room which is so convenience for my kids. They play with the fish..so nice & beautiful view.

For a big family trip, would be good to have cooking facility in big villa.

The breakfast was amazing and affordable.

Wifi was not working well at the property. U need to nearby the restaurant to get a good signal

Great location, VERY helpful staffs, perfect place for a short getaway with family. The foods are delicious and the experience of staying there is so fun for the whole family.
