The actual hotel is in maintenance and they moved to Harris hotel just beside the hotel. The lobby is clean which make me feel safe staying in the hotel due the current issue of pandemic. The room quite clean and I am surprised!!. Hope to have same standard of Harris next time when the Pop hotel completely operate. The reception staff Riki is communicative. The local food on room service menu is quite tasty. Value for money.

The drinking water in the room is too tiny unless tap water is safe to use, perhaps hotel can replace them with the refill glass bottle (for eco conscious). I do not find any bathroom amenities except bath gel. I am sure with that value hotel can provide them. Assigned room should be more aware for the guest as I got connecting door which the guest turn the TV on all night and barely hard to sleep peacefully. But this is also lesson learned for me to request a quite room next time😊

it's located behind the Harris hotel, you have to walk quite a distance if you want to go to the highway

The room was so clean and comfortable n the location near from the central city

Everything was perfect only there’s problem in the washroom

The location is very accessible to go around the city. Very fast check in process. Wifi connection quite okay.

The bathroom need to be more detail in cleaning..like the stainless is getting rod.

The staff were extremely friendly and very cooperative. Check in & check out was an ease.

The hotel is pretty old. Needs a lot of maintenance. All toilet sanitaries have already exhausted.
