This hotel has the most unforgettable scenery in the area, will come again.

Cool cabin with view, great wifi connection, and friendly staff

There is no phone to call receptionist or communication to other room. There are two entrances fee to enter the hotel area, it would be great if the hotel reminded the guest

The location of the hotel is stunning while the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and provide you with all comfort to explore the bromo vulcano. The restaurant serves nice food.

The rooms do not have a heating system. By day this is no problem but during the nights it can get cold. An extra blanket could be provided in the rooms. + also in the restaurant it can get chilly. Tip: an extra shelve under the sink in the bathroom could be useful.

The cabin offers a great view of the mountain, sunrise was stunning with the added bonus that you can stay in bed to watch it. Short walk to a nearby viewpoint of the volcanoes so you don't need to trek to the very busy viewpoints in the area and compete with other tourists for the perfect shot. Bromo National Park entry can be paid for at a ticket booth very close to the hotel on the day. No need to buy/organise beforehand.

Sheets were a bit messy, restaurant was susceptible to flies. Occasionally the power went out but you are on an active volcano so what do you expect.

It’s at a great spot, you get to enjoy both sides of the mountain. The staff are generally really nice. Overall this is the best you can get with a reasonable amount of money.

It gets pretty cold at night, and there should be more options (of blankets, thicker duvet) in the room. And the flies, they are really everywhere, especially in the restaurant. Occasionally they fly into your room, too, even if you leave the door open just for a while.

The location was top notch, best compared to all other hotels in the vicinity. View on the mountains was amazing. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. Food in restaurant was OK. Staff was super friendly.

Maybe this is very personal, but I had a hard time sleeping on the bed’s mattress as it felt too hard. Would be great if you could provide toppers for sensitive sleepers like me.

Feels like in the midst of Switzerland Mountain, yet here I am in East Java. Enjoying beautiful scenery with big glass window. The staff was super nice and helpful. You should come here during spring and summer, and at night the temperature will go very cold

The room was spotless and it offered incredible views. There were plenty of space to work with and universal power outlets were provided in addition to quite a few power points.

The food... kindly to increase the variety of menus. And please pay attention to the rice so that it is cooked well .. because during my stay there, the rice seemed to be not cooked thoroughly. And if possible to give a fan in the room because during the day it feels hot.

Beautiful view, beautiful cabins and excellent breakfast. Very nice terrace. Less than 20 minutes driving from Bromo.
