The staff are very friendly. The breakfast menu also good with alot of choices.

The glass windows for both 2 rooms we booked were leakage during hard rain.

I stayed at hotel Santika gresik for 5 nights. The room was of very good quality and cleanliness was very nice. The staff was very helpful and they were particular about cleaning the room everyday. Everyday, the breakfast menu was interesting and delicious!

The internet connection at the property was not that good and up to the expectation. Occasionally, the internet used to disconnect from the phone and laptop while using them. I would like to request for improving this.

The room is not so soundproof..

Room was clean, tidy and comfy. The staffs were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and we love it. Adjacent to mall - the ladies loved it.

After late arrival at the hotel, I was able to use the restaurant just before closing time.
