I recently stayed at a hotel and I was extremely pleased with my experience. The room was cleaned to perfection, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The internet connection was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am already looking forward to my next stay. There was no restaurant

its really nice place to stay .. has a complete kitchen equipment, the person who was handling me is Mr Adi .. nice person and very helpful. the room is spacious as well.

I think to make it much more efficient, the communication within the front line with the apartment owner has to be established. I came to check in and those people at the front line asked me to call instead them to call. they just sit down there and do nothing. that’s the most inconvenient.

Have a good view comfortable enough

The first apartement was horrible with a lot of cockroach but thanks to the staff for quick respond to change my unit to the better one and she offer me to chek out late but sadly i have flight early morning 🥺

We did not like it at all.

No pre-arrival info from the host. After arrival, we contacted the security staff in the building, after a few phone calls somebody came to give us the keys. Apartments were dirty and smelly. Bed sheets and towels smelly. Sink was clogged.

It was my first visit and I was very disappointed. No matter how cheap the price was, everything was so dirty. Every piece of furniture was covered with dust and rolled around on the floor. It was a very difficult time except for the good access from the airport.

This resident trick the hosts by posting photos of HARPER MT Haryono hotel which same building but different lobby, the matters under sheet and the pillows very dirty. the noise is extreme from the street and train station behind the window the sun from the window very annoying the air condition bad during hot day no cleaning service you can find 10 time better place with same price
