The room is very clean, good equiped, also the bathroom is very nice and clean. Bottled water added every day. Excellent breakfast, so many different meals, also for european guests :) Very nice and willing staff.

The hairdryer was broken, it has explosed in the hand, however the staff has fixed the problem very fast and willingly even in the night. The additional bed was too short for my son 😂maybe for asian people long enaugh

The hotel is connected to BX Mall. It is very convenient to go next door for food and shopping. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast spread is good with many choices of local and international food. The staff is courteous. I brought my mum, who uses a wheel chair to move about. The staff always stopped by and asked if she needed any help. It meant a lot to her.

Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, quick check-in/check-out, nice ambience of the hotel, clean bedroom, very nice swimming pool, good quality of breakfast with wide selection of buffet, plenty parking space, big mall is just next door and the hotel has direct connection to the mall.

The driveway to the basement (parking area) was a bit tight. However, the parking space was plentiful.

It was an exceptional warmth, smile, polite, friendly, courteous all the staff, with our maximum interactions with front office staff. The location in the south Jakarta is great with Metro line just across the road and the biggest mall of the area is part of this hotel. The food was very exceptional. The room was nice and comfy with good amenities. The staff, especially the concierge called Goro was very helpful. We needed some things packed and couriered to another city and he did all that for us very efficiently.

The area in front of the elevators have little to no air conditioning so it is quite hot. Other than that everything else was pretty exceptional.

It's a brand new property. All facilities were clean and in a good condition. We stayed on their Opening Day.

I booked 2 rooms and both room are assigned on the 15th floor. We experienced electricity trip 3 times and it happened to all rooms on the 15th floor. It was dark and hot for 30 minutes. My daughter was uncomfortable. FO managed my request to move both rooms to other floor.

Sometimes the staff were not helpful at all and they’d like pretend like they’re preoccupied to avoid helping or answering inquiries. Could it be because they’re not confident speaking in English / speaking with foreigners?

Our 2nd stay at this hotel :) Great breakfast :) Spacious rooms (we had a suite with king-size bed and sofa on the 16th floor) with excellent bathroom (shower as well as bath). Towels, bathrobes, slippers provided; Perfect location - next to the shopping mall ;) Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Best hotel experience of my life. Very comfortable and roomy room, excellent food, and exceptional service from the staff. 10/10, would recommend to anyone. Can't wait to return.

Is family friendly hotel…..clean and comfort and super friendly and easy going. I would come back again to stay in this hotel. And location is perfect for the area…..close to my family and entertainment area. Perfect location. Keep it up!
