Been our preferred hotel whenever we visited Jakarta. The location is perfect for us although it might not be for everyone. There are tons of nice eateries within walking distance. The staffs are awesome, everyone is kind, helpful and attentive, thumbs up! Their treatment to us is a big factor in our decision entrusting this hotel to give us a comfortable, relaxing nights. The breakfast is awesome! It's more of Indonesian breakfast and contrary to many other hotels at this price point, their breakfast are delicious! Among the few which i rated to be an actual taste of Indonesian food.

The staffs are awesome. The property is clean, but as they are still undergoing some final touch up of the renovation, things might look a bit messy sometimes on the public area. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. Breakfast is mainly Indonesian and actually delicious. While the area is more of a residential area, there are plenty of eateries within 5-10mins walking distance.

As they were renovating, a few issues surfaced during our stay such as fridge didn't work, bathroom clogged. The staffs are however attentive and issues are promptly followed up. There are 2 elevators, they are pretty small (maybe 6 adults capacity) and the card reader to access the floor is pretty old fashioned (insert your card and pull type) and i observed many had difficulties getting their card read. I could only imagine the waiting time during peak period. Time to upgrade to RFID type for the access card.

The breakfast buffet was awesome and delicious. The location is relatively close to the central but the traffic is very congested around this area. The reception, cleaning staff and also staff at the restaurant are all super friendly. Overall, we enjoy our stay in this place

We love the hotel room but without the fridge is impossible to keep anything fresh. Also wifi inside the room needs some improvements as it wasn't always working most of the time. Lastly, it's good to provide more details on the airport shuttle as it was clearly mentioned during the booking but then we were told later on that the hotel could not provide this service.

Never have i stayed in the same hotel almost every time i visited a location, but here i am spending nights here again. This hotel gives an excellent run for its price. Just one word, AWESOME! Staffs, room, cleanliness, comfort of the bed (love their extra size pillow).

We had 3 separate nights here, staff were helpful and very friendly. Restaurant was nice and reasonably priced.

I think room cleaning could have been a little better there was a fair bit of dust next to bedside and under bed. But other than that it was of a good standard.

We stayed in the connected rooms. The AC were so cool but we enjoyed the rooms surely.

The floor in front of the bathroom was a bit dirty. It couldn't be cleaned up. The refrigerator was not working but the house keeping's staff came and changed it. Fast response☺
