Always a pleasant time staying in this hotel, it has direct access to PIM, our favourite Mall. The best location as it's really close to our home (we're having trouble with water pump) so we decided to stay at our second home. And the entertainment for kids durung bfast also comes in handy... (magic and baloons)

I love everything about this Hotel, Specious room with beautiful view of Jakarta, very clean. The location connect to Pondok Indah shopping Malls, their services, thumb up to Miss Wulandari at the reception desk, she is great 👍 & their breakfast, so many choices, all the food are delicious ❤️

Basically NOTHING. I have a few shopping bags & The bell boy didint bring all my shopping bags to my room. My husband has to go downstairs to look for the bags but the bags were already saved in the LOST & FOUND room.

The service and staff were excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and as comfortable as posible. We felt like royalty getting the best treatment and service. Everybody was so accommodating, polite, and made us feel super special. They are attentive and offer their services with genuine smiles. From the front desk to the banquet staff and even the chef, everybody was so welcoming and gave us the time of our lives. We loved every secomd staying at the Intercontinental Pondok Imdah and would definitely stay there again when we're back in Jakarta. We're extremely impressed!!!

great locations connected to the mall, room facility meet new standard, access to all areas very easy . the view of the beautiful city Jakarta and the golf course is stunning. I did request for the best view and they are deliver best service. the staff in front desk (Ricky) excellent and very helpful with transport booked and organise the breakfast in the morning. This is my first experience and won't be the last! will see you again Jakarta.

I am visiting the swimming pool on my second day of my stayed , Kids allowed to use the adult swimming pool , I am not sure if this is the hotel management rules, but May I suggest to be strict rules that kids are using their own facility so adult who stayed in the hotels able to relaxed and enjoyed the facility as well. so far only the pool that I unable to enjoyed while I am stayed.

Everything exceeded my expectations. I came to celebrate my family's birthday and asked for special birthday arrangements in the room. The room was decorated more than I expected which made my family happy to be there. The check-in process was seamless, and everyone was really deserving the 5-star services of the hotel. Very much well-trained and service-minded. The room itself was amazing, mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the amenities were from Byredo. Sustainable and high-quality. Really really enjoyed the whole experience from check-in to check-out with the best facilities, services, and location possible. Top notch.

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb! One of the highlights for me was the convenience of being able to walk to the nearby malls (PIM 1 – 3), which offered a fantastic selection of shopping and dining options. It was such a pleasure to have easy access to excellent restaurants and a variety of stores without having to worry about transportation. Additionally, the breakfast spread at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The selection was enormous and the quality of the food was top-notch. It was a delightful experience to start each day with a wide range of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying and energizing meal. All the staff were attentive and eager to please!

The food was really good and the staff were also attentive and helpful .

The air cond in the room was on a weird setting. It seems like it switches off for 10 mins then switches on again. I could not change the setting. Booked a car from the airport to the hotel and for the amount I paid, the car was not very impressive. I was travelling with my 1 year old and the car was hot and stuff. The driver was polite though.

The attention to detail and personalization of the stay was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was the best I ever tried. Pondok Indah Malls (all 3) are directly connected so you’re one minute away from a huge selection of fast food and find dining locations, and the quality and cleanliness of every corner of the hotel is top notch.

The WiFi was hard to connect to and a bit slow.

Location was fantastic with easy access to excellent food and shopping facilities in the 3 huge malls linked to the hotel - reduces the need to get out into the crazy traffic of the city. Security was tight and staff was super friendly and helpful. A great place to meet friends and conduct business meetings. Breakfast is a must as spread was extensive and delicious.
