Stayed at the Intercontinental in Jakarta recently and honestly the staff were amazing. Super friendly, really accommodating and even upgraded all 3 of our rooms without any hassle. They looked after us really well. The breakfast was fantastic – loads of choice and everything was fresh and tasty. Definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Only downside is the location. The hotel itself is great, but it’s pretty isolated. If you want to grab a quick drink or get into the busier parts of the city, it takes a while. Overall – great service, great food, not the best spot if you want easy access to things.

Direct access to 3 major malls is another definite plus! Our room was a highlight in itself. Beautifully modern yet incredibly cosy. The calming colour palette, soft textures and thoughtful details made it feel like a private retreat. It was the kind of space where you immediately feel at ease, able to relax and rest in true comfort. Dining at Sugar and Spice was another wonderful part of our stay. Under the leadership of Mr Kuniawan and Ms Uni Nopiani, the team delivered impeccable service with genuine hospitality. We would especially like to thank Jhon, Memey, Made, Dian and Wahyu, for their attentiveness and kindness throughout our meals. Each one of them made us feel truly cared for. We are also deeply grateful to Morenza, the girl at the glass door entrance, whose beautiful smile and gentle presence made such a lasting impression. Her warmth, grace and helpfulness are something we will always remember. A very special thank you to the young and cheerful team ; Prissy, Putri, Nabilla, Hickmal and Dmaz for the heartfelt birthday wishes. Your creativity and joyful energy made it feel all the more personal and meaningful. This birthday trip has been a deeply memorable one. Always a pleasant time staying in this hotel, it has direct access to PIM, our favourite Mall. The best location as it's really close to our home (we're having trouble with water pump) so we decided to stay at our second home. And the entertainment for kids durung bfast also comes in handy... (magic and baloons)

I love everything about this Hotel, Specious room with beautiful view of Jakarta, very clean. The location connect to Pondok Indah shopping Malls, their services, thumb up to Miss Wulandari at the reception desk, she is great 👍 & their breakfast, so many choices, all the food are delicious ❤️

Basically NOTHING. I have a few shopping bags & The bell boy didint bring all my shopping bags to my room. My husband has to go downstairs to look for the bags but the bags were already saved in the LOST & FOUND room.

great locations connected to the mall, room facility meet new standard, access to all areas very easy . the view of the beautiful city Jakarta and the golf course is stunning. I did request for the best view and they are deliver best service. the staff in front desk (Ricky) excellent and very helpful with transport booked and organise the breakfast in the morning. This is my first experience and won't be the last! will see you again Jakarta.

I am visiting the swimming pool on my second day of my stayed , Kids allowed to use the adult swimming pool , I am not sure if this is the hotel management rules, but May I suggest to be strict rules that kids are using their own facility so adult who stayed in the hotels able to relaxed and enjoyed the facility as well. so far only the pool that I unable to enjoyed while I am stayed.

The service and staff were excellent. They go above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and as comfortable as posible. We felt like royalty getting the best treatment and service. Everybody was so accommodating, polite, and made us feel super special. They are attentive and offer their services with genuine smiles. From the front desk to the banquet staff and even the chef, everybody was so welcoming and gave us the time of our lives. We loved every secomd staying at the Intercontinental Pondok Imdah and would definitely stay there again when we're back in Jakarta. We're extremely impressed!!!

Everything exceeded my expectations. I came to celebrate my family's birthday and asked for special birthday arrangements in the room. The room was decorated more than I expected which made my family happy to be there. The check-in process was seamless, and everyone was really deserving the 5-star services of the hotel. Very much well-trained and service-minded. The room itself was amazing, mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the amenities were from Byredo. Sustainable and high-quality. Really really enjoyed the whole experience from check-in to check-out with the best facilities, services, and location possible. Top notch.

The food was really good and the staff were also attentive and helpful .

The air cond in the room was on a weird setting. It seems like it switches off for 10 mins then switches on again. I could not change the setting. Booked a car from the airport to the hotel and for the amount I paid, the car was not very impressive. I was travelling with my 1 year old and the car was hot and stuff. The driver was polite though.
