Convenient because it’s connected to mall kelapa gading . You can enter from level 3 - food court level Or from ground floor next go hotel . There are a few restaurants on ground floor . Charles and Keith is on level 1 . You must try Rembolan Indonesian restaurant on level 1 not far from Charles & Keith.

Lobby is too crowded.

I experienced a slight bad experience. I rang your front desk for assistance. Pak Irwan Sunandri (Operational Manager) immediately came to assist me and to give me some good advise. I am really appreciative for his immediate response.

No bottled shampoo nor body soap provided. Just a plastic packet and body soap sahaja. No. cups nor glasses provided in the wash basin until upon request by me.

Shower was reliably hot and strong. Bed was comfortable. Convenient location beside mall, with connection. Price is reasonable.

Linen was stained, seat cushion were very soft, and the wall counter was marred by cigarettes burns.

The location was excellent and so was the staff. I do alot of travel and this is the first time I have been to a Hotel room that did not have a Bar Fridge and also a chair to sit on.

It is essential to have a fridge especially to put your water bottle to stay cool in weather that is hot. Also one cannot sit on a bed to watch TV. A chair is ideal especially if one has a back issue so that person can sit upright.

great size bed and room, some English and French tv channels which was fun. good access to mall and not too far from airport by taxi.

I out the Aircon to 16* but it only ever got to to 21* . no labels for the breakfast foods... didn't know what I was getting.

Sometimes there are ants in the room and due to thin walls and doors, we can hear when people talk loud next rooms or in the aisle

Great location. Great value for money. Staff were great. Room were simple and compact. Staff were very helpful and were able to put in a desk and chair in the room on request.

Wow.. Everything was just perfect! I didn't really expect much from Pop hotel before, I've been traveling to some cities in Java, Sulawesi, Sumatera and Bali. I think, Pop hotel kelapa gading probably THE BEST POP HOTEL in Indonesia. Clean, spacious room, comfort, cool AC, Hot water, Good breakfast and the mall is just next door from the hotel. Well done!!

The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is well located, and you can access the mall directly from the elevator.

When we first entered our room, it had a musty smell. We ran the aircon and waited until the next day. It was better the next day.
