Overall, the stay was good very comfortable spacy room for the stay with a balcony.. The furniture was little old, but it was working well with a fully equipped suite. The room was cleaned daily, and the immunities are checked and enough for the stay. The staff was cooperative and serve you need to the end. I asked for a checkout extension, and they granted it, the staff was nice and cooperative. the food and breakfast was excellent with a lot of daily varieties and fresh coffee.

The way the dishes are displayed in the breakfast area is confusing and only labeled with local language.

Location great and the room is large. Many choices of food eventhough not all the food is great.

Some staff need more smile when give services in receptionist and restaurant. Hopefull the staff in restaurant can give more information regarding table available is smoking area or not because not all people like in smoking area. But after that, the staff really helpful to look for tables in non-smoking area. Free parking registration process is not working smoothly. We already inform when check in and write in the form our license plat as request, but when check out and want to leave, cannot be process by the parking staff because it is not registered in system. So I need to back to receptionist to inform again and registered. And it seems another customer also have some issues.

Having a safe and secure environment to return hotel to anther day

I really love this hotel! It's really a 5 star hotel listed as a 4. It's situated on a lake, surrounded by mansions, so it feels like a resort. They go the extra mile with a full gym, beautiful outdoor pool, large grounds with tennis courts, playground and zoo even horses on the weekend, and mini golf, bicycles to loan. The rooms are beautiful. It's a very classy place. The breakfast is terrific. The restaurants, and for me especially the Korean restaurant on the first floor is amazing! This hotel was a great discovery for me. And the management, the gracious Miss Nina, and her staff, were very kind. I attribute my success in Jakarta to this excellent abode in the middle of Jakarta.

What I didn't like,... was leaving this hotel and going back to the real world.

It was for the prize a very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, lots to do for children and good enough breakfast. Liked the neighbourhood ☺️ with all the local food

Could me a bit more maintenance

Nice hotel , big rooms and reasonably clean for its age , nice breakfast

Grab drivers getting charged driving in for pick up and drop off which we were end up paying

Only stayed one night because we had train tickets for next morning so can only say the hotel was comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have more western options and more variety of fruit. The swimming pool needs sun beds. Only has not very comfortable chairs. So not great if you want to spend time relaxing by the pool.

The room, breakfast, and bed are perfect. It is spotless. There are so many options for the breakfast from eastern to the western preference

The air freshener is too much in the hotel so it is just hard to breath inside the hotel

Great overlooking upgrade with.no change to original price.

Tub wall is very high for getting in and out of and a potential slip and trip hazard to guest. Bed pillows are stiff and uncomfortable.
