We had drinks and dinner at the summer resto, the staff was helpful & cheerful, made us feel very welcomed. We ordered food recommended by the staff and it was delicious

The body soap holder kept falling off since day one 1 checked in, but nothing was done to fix it and finally the soap bottle was left on the floor. Housekeeping should be more alert. ( i didn't complain because i thought that when the housekeeping saw it, they will get it fix but it wasn't even up to the last day that i checked out, the bottle was still not fixed)

During my stay at Swissôtel PIK Avenue, I was really impressed by how attentive and helpful the concierge staff were. They always seemed ready with a solution or suggestion whenever I needed something. The room itself had a really pleasant ambiance. It felt cozy and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy for me to unwind.

The layout and atmosphere of the swimming pool area made it uncomfortable for women to swim alone, as there were often groups of men sitting around the pool without swimming, which felt quite unsettling.

The location with the mall next door, convenient and with lots of eatery choices. Room was clean and comfortable.

My toilet - the tap was leaking and the shampoo bottle that was attached to the wall keep dropping down - i stayed for 3 days but no effort was made to remedy the situation ( i am sure the house keeping knew that the bottle kept dropping but the did nothing about it)

The shower heater did not heat the water hot enough. The rain shower head was shooting all over the place and not just down. Lastly, we arrived quite late and a luggage dropped - we were complained about being noisy which we weren't except for that one thing. (This one not so biggie) Showering 3 days almost in cold is not so wonderful.

the location is very good, it is much close to the airport. and the breakfast is very good. and the room is clean. the bed is comfortable to sleep, and much quiet from outside.

I have ordered the tax from the booking, but i have cancelled the order because my friend arranged the car for us specially。 and i also got the confirmation email from the booking. but it still reduced this taxi cost from my visa card. i have left the message on the booking. it hope who can help to solve this for me .thanks

I really liked how the room was very clean which made our stay more fresh and enjoyable. The room also came with lots of supplies and kits so we didn't need to bring any of our own supplies.

In one of our rooms, the TV was a bit broken as the edges of the screen weren't very bright, and the TV would shut off for a couple of seconds and turn back on again. However it wasn't a major issue.

in easy reach of the airport. staff were very friendly and helpful from check in all the way to check out. Food was of a high standard. pool was lovely. Also because the hotel was fully booked our suite rooms got upgraded to higher level suite which was greatly appreciated. Lounge was very nice and staff the weekend we stayed were really lovely and accommodating.

we stayed over a holiday period (Eid) so check out was extremely busy (not the hotel’s fault) as was the pool. Tiny things like not replacing tea bags and not enough towels when the room was booked for 3 pax, however they were very prompt when requesting more towels. lounge not available for children during the week which I was not aware of when booking. I would likely not have booked had I known: perhaps after 7pm would be acceptable but surely not during the day!

The kingsize bed is extremely comfortable. Staff is pleasant and courteous. We booked this hotel for our last night in Jakarta to be in close proximity of the airport. The location next to the PIK Avenue shopping mall is perfect for last minute shopping. A lot of restaurants in the surroundings and Pantjoran PIK Chinatown is only a short taxi ride away. Very nice pool and gym and we were able to wait and shower here before our evening flight.

Staff was amazing, always asking if we needed anything. The lovely lady at breakfast recommended the pineapple & pok choi smoothie which sounds strange but was amazing 👏. Airport transfer was arranged by the hotel and was super easy. Can highly recommended the hotel.

Music at breakfast was very loud for our liking.

The breakfast is good, just the staff in breakfast area isn't like a five star hotel staff, especially the petitte young lady in the noodle area , she wasn't polite at all, no smiling, not asking what can I help you, she just stand there doing her job like she hated her job.
