The staff were amazing, making getting our food deliveries at all hours easy. The location was highly strategic as there were lots of food around and it was a relatively close walking distance from public transportation such as the MRT. The smart TV had lots of options which helped with the homey vibes of the room.

The second floor has quite a short ceiling and the AC didn't get that part as cold as the bottom floor. The stairs did get quite loud as we went up and down so there was worry that we were disturbing other guests,

I didn't expect much when I booked. But turned out, recommended! Will definitely repeat my stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and quiet. The bed was soft and nice. The bathroom was equipped with soap and shampoo from Sensatia which was nice. I could borrow hairdryer. The internet connection was decent. Around the area there were nice coffeeshops. Didn't manage to use the swimming pool or gym. Will do next time!

Asem II Street where the hotel is can be busy at times so calculate your trip well.

Cleanliness of the common use kitchen. Kitchen utensils provided but no tissue paper provided at all. No dishwasher soap provided also. Wifi intermittently disconnects Cleanliness of the sofas in the room. Thorough cleaning of the sofa is required. Need to bring your own universal plug

Minor things - At random times, something was making a tapping/dripping noise in my room. Maybe the aircon dripping somewhere. Enough to wake me up multiple times. Also, the shower heads could use some maintenance.

Strategic location and security staff were friendly and helpful. They have a small gym facility and swimming pool but I didn't try them.

Quite expensive for the service offered. The toilet was leaking on day 2 of my stay. The receptionist staff was unfriendly during the check-in. The lights are dim.

Adorable designs, definitely instagramable. not too big, but enough. They provide free water dispenser and shared kitchen. Friendly staff and wifi pretty strong (since i went there to work also). Location also good, you can find lots of cafes and resto nearby.

They only provide bathsoap and shampoo. Nothing else. Not even handsoap.They have signage saying that you need to call up and ask, but when i did, they didnt have it at the time So better bring everything from home
