The rooms were clean. The linens, sheets, and towels were fresh. The Breakfast menu and foods at the pool bar were tasty. Free upgrade rooms.

The towels service at the pool. We requested two towels, and the staff gave us only one towel. When requested additional towel to different staff, no one gave us any towe and/or any informationl. Upon payment at the pool bar, we asked the staff about the towel, the staff said that the towels run out. If the towels run out, the guests should be informed. The technical service for the TV. The hotel TVs set to such a high volume when they are turned on. We informed to the front desk about this matter, and no one from the technical department showed up.

While the breakfast was amazing, I noticed that the staff were a bit slow in providing cutlery. If guests are in a hurry, waiting for cutlery can be inconvenient. Given that the hotel was fully booked with conferences, I believe the staff might benefit from additional training to handle high-occupancy situations more efficiently.

I encountered a minor inconvenience during my stay related to accessing different floors. My friend was staying on a different floor, and I had to go down to the lobby to ask the staff for assistance each time I wanted to visit. I understand that this measure is likely in place for the security of the guests, which I appreciate.

Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out. There’s cafe and restaurant food downstairs as well as a small supermarket. Honestly everything you need

The room is clean and i see some improvement in cleanliness compared to my stay last year. I go to Jember and stay at Aston every year and I really like that this time, I dont smell any smoke residue in my room. But I still smell some in the corridor especially near the emergency exit. I have a very sensitive nose to cigarette smoke. The pool also cleaner. The staffs are very helpful too. The breakfast and food may need more improvement, but this time I dont try the breakfast

Too crowded during the Buka Puasa period, but very understandable. Took quite some time to check in, but also very understandable

Stayed here afew times over the years, by far the best hotel in Jember. Always very clean rooms, all the facilities are well kept. The staff are very professional and polite. The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice. I dont have a bad word to stay about this hotel.

A touch of luxury compared to other, even more expensive hotels that we stayed at in Indonesia. Beautifully presented food at the Planet Kopi restaurant, nice ambiance and delicious meal. Great choice and quality food for breakfast. Attentive staff.

Comfortable hotel with lovely staff. Great conversation with Firman the bar tender at the pool bar. Breakfast was great, check in and check out was seamless.
