Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was simple and good. Wraps in the hotel restaurant was tasty. Location in downtown. Rooms in quiet inner ward, didn’t here traffic noise. Staff was nice. Good value for money.

Some towels were old, broken and smelly. Water pressure in bathroom was little bit low. Bathroom was little bit dark, need more lighting.

Absolutely love our stay in The Gecho Inn Town. The room was remarkably spacious, spotless and well equipped! They even have hairdrier in the room! Its located in the center of the city, very easy to get around. We also went sight seeing aroung the neighborhood and found so many nice eatery places around. The hotel has breakfast package included, which was very nice as we need to catch the morning verry. We ordered toast and pancake.

the parking lot was quite small. In front of the hotel. Lucky that we were the only quests with a car to park, it wasn't a problem.

We had a beautiful and clean room with a nice little terrace (executive double room), several choices of breakfast are available. Breakfast is brought to your terrace in the morning. Perfect place to stay if you are travelling to Karimunjawa.

There were some mosquitos in the room that were hard to kill due to high ceiling :D

Nice reception lady which shared some useful information about tickets for the boat to Karimunjawa. We arrived late because of our train connection, but still they made a dinner for us, which was really nice. We cannot go to the city to find sth. We had to have early breakfast because of the boat and also no problem for the stuff. We also saw a gecho, so our stay was completed :-)

1. The location is great, in the city, so you can always find the transportation (grab) easily or walk around the city. 2. Good breakfast, good resto. 3. Friendly staff.

The cleanliness could be improved. We stayed a few days there and in our room you can see dust collection in the room roof which looked like spider house. Also one of our nightlamps socket was broken so could not use it.

1. The location was very close to Jepara Harbor (5 minute drive). We stayed in Jepara as transit point before going to Karimunjawa, so being close to harbor was very convenient. 2. Service was excellent and the food was descent. We had dinner and breakfast at the property and were quite pleased. 3. Rooms were clean, air conditioning was good, toilet was clean and run well, hot water also run well. 4. Ambiance was reminiscent of days gone by but updated with modern amenities. Some might recommend uodating the furnishings but we did not mind the older style of things.

1. The property signage did not clearly said “Gecho Inn,” it said “Gecho Restaurant.” This was confusing especially when we arrived quite late at night and were unfamiliar with Jepara. 2. There were no designated parking so we must park our car on street. Fornunately all went well. 3. There was no in-house phone to call room-to-room.

Very peaceful, you don't hear the restaurant, you can get a good night sleep. Spacious rooms, clean, comfy, nice breakfast

In the restaurant there is a non smoking sign, but when the staff wants to smoke, they remove it and start smoking without problem.... :(

Accommodation was very comfortable and good food available to order. Good choice of breakfasts included.

Each room has its own wifi router due to wall thickness. Unfortunately our room wifi was not functioning. Connecting to room next door was not workable. Wifi fix should be easy.

We loved everything about this place. No surprise foreign tourists favour The Gecho Inn. Huge rooms, comfy beds, spacious, clean en-suite bathrooms. Surprisingly good on-site restaurant with huge range of dishes. Pool table, darts, fabulous coffee made in 60’s era espresso machine. As a family we can highly recommend The Gecho Inn. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else In Jepara.

Honestly have nothing negative to say about this place.

The breakfast was awesome for the room price... we loved it complete and tasty for breakfast. We just stay for a night to catch boat to Karimunjawa, we arrived in hotel at 2.am in the morning... the staff still waiting for us. The room was spacious and clean... Perfect, we will stay here again while in Jepara.
