This hotel is very beautiful compared to its price. The food provided by the hotel is also quite affordable. The facilities are fairly complete, including a swimming pool, shuttle service, and fitness studio. The restaurant is especially beautiful in the evening and sunsey, with a river flowing beneath it. The views of the rice fields, Mount Sumbing, and the river are stunning. The staff’s hospitality is excellent.

They are very stingy in providing soap and shampoo, even though you can request more. Still, it’s inconvenient to keep having to ask for soap. Some of my family members also reported that the pillowcases and duvet covers smelled like other people’s perfume. If it’s true that the linens were not changed, this is a serious issue for a star-rated hotel. Hopefully, it was just their imagination. The thin walls between rooms and the ease of hearing conversations from neighboring guests are also serious drawbacks for a private hotel of this class.

We enjoyed the time at Puri Asri a lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially to our small boy!

Facilities were nice, for example the pool and the playground, but also had some years on their back (partially broken).

At first we booked the Superior Room, however upon arrival we upgraded into Executive Room which we believe was a great decision as the room was recently renovated while the Superior Room looked old and shabby. 1. The shower was nice 2. Lots of greenery at the hotel and it was quiet at night 3. Lots of options for the TV channels 4. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They took immediate action when we asked for help or when we expressed our dissatisfaction

1. At the first night (Executive Room) was not clean. There were lots of yellow and red stains in the bed and blanket, and the floor was not clean. We complained and the staff provided immediate action which we appreciated. However we felt that this should not have happened at a 5 stars hotel. 2. Poor breakfast. There were fruit flies and the food was not tasty. Moreover the drinks were limited, e.g. we have to pay extra for cappuccino.

Good value for money, the room got upgraded. The room faces a river. Very good room. Beautiful view surrounding the resort. In the city center.

The room, very clean. The staff very helpful and nice. The weather is nice. The surrounding area very clean and nice, I can take afternoon and morning walk. Or just sit by the river.

The food not so good. I tried nasi goreng and its too salty for my taste. For the room, I booked the standart room with 2 beds. The beds and the room are too small. Need to booked New Executive Room for bigger room.
