Very convenient location between arrival and departures. Staff were helpful and KFC next door to the hotel. In previous reviews there is mention of smell in the hallway. I must say this was not the case and the hotel was very clean including our room which smelt of disinfectant. Although the rooms are small they were adequate for a short stay. Overall a nice experience.

The breakfast was poor. I recommend anyone staying there to eat at the airport or on your forward journey. TV reception was also not great and water kept going hot and cold.

Easy walk from arrivals (just turn left and follow the path to departures). Room is small, but ok for short stay. Internet was a bit sketchy - couldn't get it working with my room no and staff was not able to help either, so I ended up using my sim data.

The room was small but had everything needed for a short transit stay. Due to plane delays we only got to sleep for a few hours before the next flight. Staff were helpful and efficient

Signage inside the airport could be clearer- says to transit hotel but could say to Ibis transit hotel to avoid confusion

Clean, nice and unusual design of room, lots of small tables in the right places for your things, right at the airport, no aircraft noise

Night lights over the bed needed to be covered as they couldn’t be switched off, we were only given 1 towel, it is quite small but adequate for a short stay

The location is perfect right by arrivals to the Makassar airport. The shuttle service was terrific and available 24/7. The rooms were comfortable. The rooms were clean.

Extremely convenient location between the arrival and departure halls of the airport. Many flights through this airport have long layovers in the middle of the night, so the convenience of this hotel is so nice. It’s just what you need for a layover hotel- a bed, a shower, and some basic food options.

Bring a sleep mask since the room is dimly lit by small green lights and not completely dark.

Comfortable for staying for a night. Everything is good. Breakfast is good. This room has a hot shower, nice and clean.
