Nice style, hotel organized some transportation to see beautiful places around

Food, is not very good! I ordered every day the same, because the quality of food is not good Beach is not clean, a lot of plastic, impossible to swim ( difficult access to the ocean)

Very quiet, very relaxing, and the set up is cute. The beach is endless and the lagoon -a few minutes’ walk- is nice. It is hot so wear a hat. After this, have a dip in the pool. The restaurant has many food options, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Some people might not like it because it’s very isolated; you’d need a car to go anywhere, though the resort will lend -with some cost- their car and driver to somewhere close. It takes a while to get your ordered food. It could also do with some offered activities.

The property and the huts were incredible, you literally couldn’t ask for better. Double ac for the large room. Beautiful furniture fridge gorgeous bathrooms and so much more. The staff was amazing and kind and helpful. The pool was so wonderful. The beach at high tide is perfect. The water is calm and the sunrise was beautiful.

No laying beds or umbrellas on the beach out front. And there was no umbrellas for shade by the pool. Price of beer and drinks were way too high so we bought in town for 60% less than price at hotel. And kept them in the fridge.

A paradise, if you are seeking peace and quiet and are prepared the care you will receive by a well trained staff, with little knowledge of any language other then bahasa indonesia. But that is the charm of the place. A newly appointed general manager Mia, fluent english attentive, warm reception and full of information. The cuisine offering interesting local fare rather well prepared. Highly recommended as a destination along the coast.

Tanoma is a fantastic place where spent your time in Sumba. Angrri and the Staff are super kind and ready to help you to find the best alternatives to visit Sumba. The resort is well looked and located in a magical place on the edge of the ocean. Sumba is a fantastic island where nature still reigns supreme. The visit to Sumba is for those are looking for a journey to learn about a precious culture and a place that preserves its authenticity. The Tanoma represents the opportunity to stay having all the comforts you need.

Remote location so you will have the beach to yourself! Walked it every morning looking for beautiful shells. Awesome rooms and extremely comfortable bed with very soft sheets. Property has a really cool vibe. Staff was great. Pool was very nice.

The food at dinner could have been better. I would stick to the Indonesian choices. Breakfast was yummy though.

The location of the resort is pretty much secluded but definitely worth the travel. It captured serenity perfectly with beautiful milky way at night and sunrise from the terrace of my room or just walk down the beach. Love the ambience of the room and the resort. Altough the room has semi opened bathroom, but it didn't spook me out since the roofing still covered most of the open space. The services were excellent with attentive staffs and love the healthy breakfast!

Could improve the Wifi connection

The staff is very good and supply to the lakness of the property I suggest to eliminate all the linoleum on the walls of the room. Use wood not plastic !!

The breakfast No butter, only margarina. Jam is terrible. Breakfast need to be improved The road to reach the hotel is terrible. The beach is so so No safety box in the room Restaurant has really a poor choise of food Garden need to be improved

Staff was super friendly, the cottages are very nicely designed and the view is stunning. We slept like babies with the sound of the ocean on the background. And we saw dolphins from the restaurant!

It is a very new resort so it still feels a bit artificial and needs time to feel natural. The music at dinner could've been better.
