Loved the welcome drink. Bathroom was superb! Clean and really big bathtub! Love the whole nature friendly design for the bathroom. Good that the room was equipped with the mosquito zapper. Private pool was clean as well. Mini kitchen available for cooking simple meals.

No buggy service all the way down to the gate or nearby malls / supermarts. Quite a long walk out though we had fun walking down but not up lol. Should provide washing liquid, scissors and chopping board in the mini kitchen.

This hidden gem in the heart of Nusa Dua truly feels like an oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The thoughtfully designed villas and stunning swimming pools create a serene retreat, but it's the incredible staff that makes this place truly magical. The exceptional team—including Billy, Yudi, Ratna, Sudi, Hariana, Surya, and Purna—go above and beyond to ensure a flawless experience, from check-in to check-out. Their genuine care and attention, without any expectation of tips, sets this resort apart. Always warm, welcoming, and working seamlessly together, they make guests feel like part of their close-knit family. We had to take taxi everywhere we went as the villas are 15 min from nearest beach but we didnt mind it at all as we liked returning to the tranquil villa after a day at beach/sightseeing. There are shops outside the villa complex for necessaties and also a laundry (laundry in Bali is super cheap so we got all our clothes drycleaned before returning home and it was super super cheap).

While there was nothing we didn't enjoy about our stay, there’s always room for improvement. The kitchen could be better equipped with essentials like plates, wine glasses, and cutlery. Although housekeeping and the incredible staff were quick to address these needs when called upon, we feel this is an area where the hotel could enhance the guest experience. Pls do keep conditioner too in the bathrooms. :-)

Beautiful villa complex with very friendly and welcoming staff and magnificent breakfasts. Our villa had 2 floors so there were incredible views from the terrace. It was also beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could think of. The bedrooms were spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms very well equipped. Delicious, rich and inexpensive food in the restaurant a'la carte (just skip the bbq buffet which was pretty limited for 300k IDR/person).

A lot of leaves in the pool from the nearby bush but I guess it would be hard to manage unless there was someone picking them out constantly.

Absolutely beautiful! The bougainvillea covered lane going up to the property was stunning. As was the pool area overlooking the bay. The Villa was spacious with a private pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only downside was that there didn’t appear to be anything within walking distance. That being said, the resort and staff are so lovely you don’t want to leave the property. And-they were very helpful in arranging transportation anytime we did want to leave.

The vibe and surrounds are sensational. It is set in a beautiful setting, incredibly quiet and relaxing. A perfect retreat to wind down in after a busier trip in Seminyak. The ambience and hindu cultural influence were gorgeous and inspiring. The stone statues, gardens, and temple styled villas are beautifully set out. The photo opportunity, whilst the sun sets in the main garden pool area, is first class. The staff were lovely and friendly and always helpful and smiling. For its price it is fantastic.

The rooms and decking areas, in particular, just need a little bit of an upgrade and freshen up. The decking in our apartment lifted when I walked on a certain part, which the staff fixed immediately and were brilliant about. There were parts on the decking that had aged and curled, creating a potential tripping hazard or pinching on the feet. New decking would lift the villas to another level. Bathroom drainage was slow, metallic handles and mirror showing signs of rust and wear. Again, upgrades to these facilities would just give everything a massive lift. The food and drinks were OK but not great, daily room cleaning could be better.

This is genuinely one of the best places we have ever stayed, and we have traveled to many different places. The photos do not do this place justice. Everything is so well kept, the villas are absolutely incredible as are the grounds, shared pool and all other areas of the hotel. The staff are some of the friendliest people we have met and the food was so delicious, we especially loved the floating breakfast and that you could get any meal or drink you wanted delivered to your room. The best thing about this place is the staff. They are an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived until we left, they have helped us perfectly and always with the biggest smiles. They have made our stay extra special. Other than that we had a spectaculair private villa with a stunning bathroom, bedroom and outdoor area. The pool could easily fit 10 people and the seating area was very nice to sit and hang with friends in the evening. Really liked the full sized fridge. We were able to store all our drinks and snacks easily. The complementary gallon of water was great too. They would refill it every time it was empty.

There were barely any cups and glassware in the kitchen. Made it a little difficult to pour drinks when our friends were over (they stayed there too). Due to hard winds and rain the pool was often covered in leafs, which were not removed during cleaning.

This was the best stay of a our holiday, We loved the villa. I had plan to explore more of Bali But the villa was so good we ended up staying and chilling by the pool. There is security on the gate so the bike I hired was kept safe. The staff were very attentive and kind. Thank you Yani , Yudi and I'm sorry I don't remember the names of the others. I don't want to say to much here as we loved this place. Just some facts. We hired a bike to get around and the Bali collection ( we ate there most nights) is around a 15min bike ride or Gojeck car. If there is one thing and others have said it, although the food is quiet good it could be better and bought up to the same level as the accommodation. Not a complaint just an observation. still 10 out of 10 stay for us.

The signature one bedroom villa at Giri Bhagawan villas was exceptional. The villa was massive with all the amenities, big pool and a lovely bathroom. Wished we stayed for longer

Lovely stay at the Villas...we had a pool and spent a lot of time in it each day. The staff were wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Enjoyed sunsets at dinner....a good varied menu that we tried many options on our 6 night stay. The massages were fantastic and a must-do. You will need a vehicle or take a taxi organised at reception to go places as it is up on a hill...which is also a great view from the large pool and dining area. Loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
