Breakfast was extremely slow . On my last morning there , I saw one other guest having breakfast . I ordered toast and jam plus fresh fruit platter , it took around 30 minutes , barista coffee was very good . Sky lounge was very good , staff good . We ordered the tomahawk steak which was good but things went sour from there

I love my swimming pools . Yours was not usable for duration of my stay . I developed gardia as well as malaria . My friend and I became ill after eating the tomahawk steak dinner . We believe it was the side salad that made us sick . It was very soggy with dressing indicating it had been prepared many hours before steak was prepared

Everything clean and comfortable! The staff is super nice and helpful! View is great, facilities great! Breakfast and the sky bar are both great, delicious food. The staff at the sky bar is exceptional.

It was amazing so just nitpicking here, but two things. The windows could be a bit more clearer and the checkout could be handled better (process was quite slow, not enough seats and no refreshments for the long wait)

The queen-size bed offers remarkable comfort, and the breakfast selection is quite delicious. Furthermore, the staff is friendly and always ready to help.

(1) The shower door doesn’t shut properly, leading to water spilling onto the floor in a dry area. (2) There isn’t any western-style breakfast offered. (3) The dressing cabinet door also fails to close securely. (4) Additionally, no coffee sachets were provided in the room.

one of conference hotel in Padang, at the end of old by-pass Padang. easy to reach government office and others. great location, near to "kampuang cino". a lot of local foodie and shop in walk-able reach and distance. if got early flight or trip, they will provide box of breakfast. very nice.

make sure not to choose room with window facing to west, as it will be quite hot for afternoon. if not use room in afternoon, it's OK. don't forget to give small opening for windows if leave room for long time.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious room. Comfortable and big bed. Good shower. Good Indonesian breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location within walking distance, 10 to 15 minutes, from markets, restaurants and old colonial centre. We only stayed for one night but wouldn’t have minded staying longer.

Everything about this place is top rate, the staff, the gym , the rooms & the location. The buffet breakfast is the best in Padang. It's my go to accom whenever I stay in Padang. The manager Irfan is amazing , such a great asset to the hotel.

On my last stay the family in the room above were very noisy at night with children running back & forth which was quite annoying. Fortunately the staff asked them to settle down so others were not inconvenienced.

The hotel was modern (and this is quite rare to find in Padang) - I believe this is the best hotel in terms of price - we paid 650k/ night for a double bed room. When browsing hotel prices on these travel apps, use incognito mode so the apps don’t track you nor increase the price! Also, nice outdoor swimming pool.

- The minibar took overnight to cool down so we had to wait a night to drink cold water. - the pool was nice but I wish they had a jacuzzi too

It was a lux hotel experience in the heart of Padang. Room service, clean rooms, good air con, beautiful roof top restaurant, and infinity pool overlooking the city.

All of us had to change rooms on the second night, moving all our luggage into another part of the building!

Very good location. Great skypool…new updated facilities. Super clean and modern hotel in Padang. Rooms are fresh and comfortable. TV with lots of good channels. Everything is shinning here. Best quality hotel in Padang by far. Room Service menu is good.

Maybe breakfast need a bit of improvement…Like more varieties of breads….cheeses and charcuterie….also fresh natural fruit juices would be appreciated.

Really great overall experience. We did not have any expectation only booking as a stay over for onwards travel to mentawais and were pleasantly suprised with the quality of the hotel.

Pool closure shows 8pm but was already closed earlier than that unfortunately.
