First they have beautiful mangroves and jetty. There is a large coral reef under jetty.Many fish can be seen through the clear water. Snorkeling,swimming, watching the sea view and sunset Second as new resort, the room was very clean. The owner Brazil have been very helpful in every way.Pickedon up from port, drived us to blue river ,contacted with dive center,bought ferry tickets... Third the food were rich and varied. The menu was different every day.They even added.extra fish menu as my request. We went diving, the chef prepared lunch boxes for us. We admire the owner so much for following his dream as his love this sea. We surely recommend the resort.

The Vogelkopf Resort in Raja Ampat is a real find for anyone looking to relax and enjoy some nature. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home. What really stands out is how the owner personally makes sure you're comfortable and enjoying your stay. The rooms are comfy and just what you need to unwind. The highlight for me was the snorkeling; it's some of the best I've ever done, with crystal-clear water and incredible marine life just off the jetty. Plus, the WiFi is surprisingly good for such a remote place, hitting around 30mbps, which is great for staying connected. Just a heads-up, due to the location, the internet might drop during storms, but that's a small price to pay for the beauty and peace you get here. Overall, Vogelkopf Resort is an excellent choice for an stress-free vacation with a bit of adventure and a lot of natural beauty."

I had a wonderful stay here and extended my trip twice!. The room was exceptionally comfortable with a fantastic bed and bathroom, which is hard to find in the region. The air conditioning and proper shower were much appreciated. The staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating, handling any additional requests with ease. The food was delicious with great variety and generous portions. On my last night, I was upgraded to a sea villa, where sleeping to the sounds of the water was a delightful experience. The jetty provided a lovely walk with stunning views. Strong wifi was a bonus, allowing me to stream the F1 race live. The hotel offers plenty of activities like canoeing and snorkeling, which can be organized directly with them. They accept various payment methods, including credit cards and QR payments. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The food is the best I had in Raja Ampat. The service is truly one of a kind. The Manager went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met including taking me into Wasai to pick up medication. The large Jetty out front is perfect for snorkelling and you can even spot stingrays, sharks, cuttlefish, etc from standing above. If and when I return to Raja Ampat, I will absolutely stay here.

Resort with every comfort and spacious restaurant, the food was excellent. My foot wound was taken care of immediately. Thanks again. Because of the short distance to the port there is enough time for the 9 a.m. ferry. Can highly recommend the resort.

Have nothing negative.

The Vogelkopf Resort is the perfect place to relax and explore Raja Ampat‘s Dive Sites. It’s easy to reach as they offer a pick up service from Wasai Harbour. You will find yourself surrounded by nature, but will not miss any comfort. The rooms have A/C, the WiFi connection is strong in the common area as well as in the rooms (they installed repeaters recently). You can go snorkeling in the healthy house reef, watch the sunset from their jetty and look at the stars. The vegan and vegetarian food options are really good, especially the Tempeh. It’s been one of my favorite places so far and I can highly recommend it.

staff, by far best staff for me so far, Brazel and his brother are doing everything for you to make your stay at Vogelkopf better, food was great, there is no much variety but the quality is top, one day fish wasn't top prepared and staff was going at every table apologise with free beer...

there is some minor issues but you forget about everything what is wrong around so nice and kind staff, there is no beach (few minutes drive to the beach) just jetty wich is very nice but missing some shade, book your trips with Brazel others are rip off,

We cannot fault anything about our stay. Julia and all the staff went out of their way to make our stay one of our most memorable in Indonesia.

- The resort operator family: was very very dedicated always providing the best possible support / help (upfront AND during my stay) - Location: if you enjoy a quite / calm surrounding area (Be aware, a scooter - which can be rented at the premises -, taxi or another transportation device is usually needed when you want to see other stuff) - Facilities of the premises: Especially the clean rooms with hot shower wand good pressure as well as the well working air con. In addition the jetty, which is awesome to enjoy the sunrise/sundown or the marine life in the (mostly) crystal clear sea (not needed in my point of view, but be aware: no pool available)

- Resort staff: Several times their cellphones seems to be much more interesting than serving guests waiting at the bar and buffet area or cleaning the tables in the restaurant area after guests have left. Anyhow, despite the language barrier all of them have been always very friendly!
