The staffs are very very friendly. The house is so clean. Located not in a main road giving us no noise at all at night. So clam and peace sleep we had. When we had issue with AC, they transferred us to a bigger room with better facility. They solved our problem. Its so nice of them. We will stay again in our next visit to Semarang.

super clean—this is actually the best for the price we get. It was comfortable, good location, it has a small cafe and the food was great

staffs were nice but I think the way they communicate was too “procedural” . I’d prefer ones who are more friendly and communicative. HOWEVER, when we arrived, my husband and I were struggling with our luggage but none of the staffs helped us , not even offered a help. I don’t know because we’ve never been staying at a guest house for a long time, maybe it’s the policy? but it’s just weird they (2 men) just watched us there fetching the bags. we even HAD to ASK them if they could help bring some bags upstairs. A little initiative might help improve your overall service.

the blanket is so thin. I don’t know why they don’t provide proper blanket, I mean some capsule hotel give proper and hotel standard blanket, come on.

This hotel was one of the top list when we stay in Semarang. It's because of: - Strategic and easy to access location - Cleanliness - Good food - Spacious room

Few things to be improved: - Will be good if they can accomodate early check-in upon room availability - Will be good if they provide tissue and trash bin in bedroom since tissue and trash bin only provided in bath room

Nice and clean accomodation close to the airport. Simple but clean room and nice staff. Great value for money.

the blanket very thin, it’s more like bedsheet than bedcover/blanket. hot water didn’t last long
