It is nestled among the trees and quiet location at the end of the street. Staff are smiling and attentive of my needs. Great for relaxing after daily activities. The room was good with balcony. The bathroom needs a little TLC but overall I’m happy with the overall experience.

Breakfast at the restaurant didn’t have good variety of food. I was wondering if the lack of food variety because it was a fasting month (Ramadhan) for most of the Indonesian.

Very comfy resort surrounded by many trees and therefore giving it a natural retreat character. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. I particularly like the wooden floor and all the natural materials used. The team is very friendly and helpful, it would be difficult to sigle them out by name. Aya is very busy meeting guests to inquire about their well-being and experience at the hotel, I enjoyed the conversations with her very much. But all others are really helpful, professional and nice too. Last but not least, a nice gesture was the welcome amenities with a personalized welcome letter that included my picture (lucky they got the right guy!). To all the team: great job, keep it going 😉

A few things to improve: coffee at breakfast could be better, perhaps a small espresso machine would be a welcome addition. In the bathroom there are only bath towels, maybe a hand or a face towel would add some comfort. If the website was a bit more user friendly, I would have booked directly. But now I have their WhatsApp so that I can book directly next time.

Nice facilities (swimming pool, wide parking space), good food at the restaurant. Comfortable and spacious place. Nice service from the staffs.

Some of the housekeeping supplies (towels, bedsheets, etc) looks old and can use of some renewals. However, they are all clean, only perhaps have been used many times.

For this price it was an awesome stay. Great service from the staff and manager Coco. I had injury on the knee and the helped where they could. Its clean, the food is really good. Just a big recommendation from me and the family.

A bit rustic in the outside yet pretty comfortable inside the room. Quiet surrounding with birds chirping background in the morning … serene.

The location a bit “far” from the city center and the street to get there a bit complicated without google map guidance ….
