The location is nearby the mall so it is convenient to do some shopping or get some food. The room is spacious enough for small family. With a small living room, you also have space to eat together and open your luggage. The breakfast is also fine with various options.

The bathtub can be used only for showering not for real bathing. And if there's an event in the hotel area, it is quite difficult to find a parking place.

I like everything in Atria Residences the rooms, breakfast, and facilities, It has a perfect location that is just a min walk to our workshop location and there's a big mall which is just around 3-5 min walk where you can enjoy shopping, dining and listening to live band and there are also convenience stores around the hotel, but what I like the most are the Atria Residences staff. They are so kind, easy to approach, and very accommodating to our needs and queries especially Ms. Franciska and Ms. Lita who are the kindest and friendliest of all!

Nothing so far, as the hotel and the location exceeded my expectations.

Confusing checkin. Wanting 4 million rupiah opening on credit card for a less than 1 million rupiah stay. Didn't make sense. The rooms are starting to show their age. This is probably reflected in the discount offered online. Time for some TLC maintenance before it's too late.

The room is very spacy, with living room and separate bedroom and bathroom with shower and bath. The breakfast has a great assortment of anything cold and warm.

There was a misunderstanding about the pick up from the airport, but it was settled well.

The bedroom is cozy, bed was comfortable and I really liked the blackout curtains. The sofa in the room was comfortable too.

The shower leaked. Even though there’s a glass door, a lot of water came outside and made a mess. It was a bit complicated to get to the hotel lobby by car from the entrance gate.

Modern property. Good location, right beside a big shopping mall. Room is spacious with a nice bathub. For the price, the room is a bit ‘dirty’- not thorougly cleaned. Staff explained that this is due to peak season.

Price per quality. Rather overpriced

The room is spacious, bed is super comfortable, bathroom is clean, spacious parking lot and swimming pool is awesome. Love all the facilities. Would love to come back to this accommodation.

good location if you want to explore Serpong or South Tangerang area. 1 bedroom room is like a 1 bedroom apartment with bedroom separates from a small living room. We then moved to a 2 bedroom unit, which comes with dining table, kitchen, refrigerator. Good price for such size. Specific complement for Ms. Nurlita at the reception. Her customer service is ahead the rest of the reception staff. For the management of the hotel please give him a reward or raise :) They also have small play area at the lobby for kids. Convenience shop just beside the hotel helps for any small needs that you have. They close at 23:00

Sometimes they are not very accommodative to our request. Despite staying for more than 12 days (through booking.com and extended from the counter) they said i can only print max 3 sheets of papers and charge me for any additional beyond that (which in total only around 10 sheets). Asked for 4 sets cuttleries due to guest visiting our room, and was told only can provide 3 maximum. If not for Ms. Nurlita the rating I gave would be much lower than this. Breakfast: nothing special to mention. Variety is lacking.

The space. The room has separate living area and a big wardrobe. It's convenient for a long term stay.
