No breakfast taken, Im a morning sleeper

All employees need to speak minimum basic english, for exemple when I order simple things like Sprite or bottles of water they should understand what I need. Im not asking for the moon :) Except that, everything was extremely good !!!

Clean bed and very comfortable to sleep in. Nice room with views. Staff are friendly and nice! 👍

The breakfast staff always don’t clean the tables after the other guests leave, I’ve stayed for 5 days, everyday morning I have to sit at a messy or dirty table for breakfast that other people have used and the staff never cleans. And often they also don’t clear the messy dishes other people used on the table, so I have to move the messy dishes myself away then eat my meal on the messy table. This is annoying.

The architect is modern and clean, easy to locate on the google maps and spacious area nearby a small shopping mall is good when in need of personal care or whatnots.

I didn’t like how the room/restaurant was quite hot, the AC was not on during the day and knowing Surabaya, it was extremely hot outside and since the is a lot of floor to ceiling glass window, it makes the room hot. We were struggling to feel comfortable in an indoor area while having lunch and feeling hot and sweaty at the same time

The breakfast buffet is a very high quality and variety. With the choice of local and western items it was always a good start to the day. I like the location and it is close to where I need to go most of the time. It is also very convenient for friends to visit from the city. The staff are very friendly and make an effort to speak English and practice their English speaking skills with me. The facilities are great and the service from all staff is excellent. Most enjoyable stay for my time in Surabaya.

I did not find anything that I would say needed to be addressed.

Very modern and comfortable rooms. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Efficient processes in place when it came to housekeeping and receiving/passing on food deliveries. The gym/pool area was also very nice, with plenty of spaces to sit around the pool. One of the biggest breakfast spreads I've seen in a hotel and the staff were very accommodating with providing us vegetarian options.

Surprisingly basic TVs with no smart function (Netflix etc) which was a shame. Shower didn't have great pressure and was also only warm at best - an engineer kindly came to take a look but even then it wasn't very hot at all.

Room: really spacious and clean, huge comfortable bed, lovely bathroom, very clean. Facilities: pool was nice but quite busy, the gym was well equipped and not very busy at all, one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Staff: pleasant enough! Location: location was fine but it was hard to get to the adjacent street where some restaurants were because the path was pretty treacherous. Breakfast: this was a 10/10 - so much choice and a everything was delicious. Cappuccinos made to order, lots of fruit, cereal, daily smoothie, all the Indonesian food you could think of, it was really great.

The surrounding area wasn't that nice.

This was our second stay in a matter of 3 days in this hotel. What I really appreciated was that on our first stay - which wasn't excellent they asked us for a written review - the second time we stayed they improved and attended to the flaws which were present at first. The room provided was way more comfortable for 3 people and room was ready at check-in. Room was clean. All was good. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.

Second time round was all good.

The hotel was really nice, the room was clean, spacious, with all the amenities you need. Bonus point for the refillable water bottles and dispensers everywhere. Gym is basic but perfect for a little workout. The pool is nice and spa was good as well.

It's not quite centric, but at least is not far from the airport. You need a taxi to reach anywhere. Guess this is normal in a big city

The breakfast in the mornings was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. When I met friends and we ate in the restaurant the menu and food was a good selection and very tasty. The check in staff and lobby area were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable during my stay.

I was wondering why there were no hand towels in the room? Generally I was pleased with everything.

This was our first stay here. The amenities in the room were good for a 1 night. There is good room service. The bathroom was big and spacious with a good shower. Breakfast was big and abundant.

We had booked for 3 people and the room was not ready for 3 - had to wait for the extra bed and called 3 times to get it + with the extra bed it became impossible to move around.
