There are only 2 things that I could think well about this place: city view and wifi Staffs are friendly. At least, they changed another room for me but it was just a little better
There is nothing looked like photos on Booking. I feel like I was cheated Room and walls: old and dirty; smelly Sheet bed: very dirty Bathroom's floor: all wet, tidy No toilet paper; no shampoo;... Bathroom's lock: nearly broken

The photos of the property are wildly different than the reality of the rooms. Our sheets were covered in stains, ants in the bed, smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom looked like it belonged in a prison and overall I felt unsafe walking around the property. I’m only giving it a one star because of the price but even then the photos should reflect a bit more accurate what you are getting.

It was cheap but very poor facilities, the AC didn't work, the window can't be closed, the bathroom was very bad condition, TV didn't work and the pillow was dirty. The images shown in the apps was 100% different with the real room. The location is also bad and I have to pay for parking. Because the staff could not give the facilities I needed, I choose to leave this hotel. Fortunately, they pay me back. Thanks for that.

The receiptionist was friendly.
Bathroom, bed and room were all dirty. There was no garbage bag. The dirty bed sheet made us itchy whole night. We couldn't sleep. Bathroom's dirty and slippery, and the bathroom door could not be locked bcz it had been broken. There was no hot water and water in the morning. Also, no tower or any hanger inside the room. It's a terrible experience for us.
