Comfortable and staff friendly. Room spacious and well furnished . Staff were very helpful at all times. Close to airport plus they have airport shuttle service. Food at the restaurant is great and a great selection for breakfast also. Would recommend this hotel if wantningvto be close to airport. After spending 3 days there, I was very relaxed for my flight back to Western Australia Perth Thank you for all your help.

Stayed here for the second time. It’s the best place to stay before my flight the next day. Their service never disappoints, they always serve with a great attitude. They have a free shuttle every 2 hours. The room service food is great, I really liked their tongseng. Amenities are complete.

Unfortunately same problem as before, there are some ants in the room particularly on the desk area. Overall the room is clean and nice, but their bathroom shows heavy signs of wear and tear. Shower head is just full of limestone so it goes everywhere and the pressure is just weird. There are traces on the glass door, it seems that it’s been a while since they last cleaned it. Bathroom especially the shower was just uncomfortable, but the toilet is fine.

This hotel is really good for staying one night as you waited for your flight to next day. They have free airport-transport and it worked really well. Breakfast is really amazing with so many different things there to taste! Swimming pool is small but you can enjoy it late in the evening. Hotel is really clean and staff is really helpful.

We tried to go walking outside the hotel, but it was really not good are to walk. Lots of trash and really hard traffic. But of course its not the hotels problem to solve :) The hotel restaraunt is little bit expensive but of course, it is airport hotel so you can understand the price :)

The staff at reception was exceptionally organized and helpful, anticipating my needs and facilitating meeting them in every way. I did not write down the name of the woman that helped me most, but I think it may have been Darya (or something like that). Everything about the hotel was very nice and the location near the international airport was a major plus. I used the free airport shuttle and therefore saved money on taxis. It was super easy from the hotel to the airport.

The airport shuttle was not as easy from the airport to the hotel. Even though I had booked it in advance, I still needed to phone the hotel to tell them that I was at the pickup point and waiting. But then the shuttle came very quickly. I can think of nothing else that could be improved.

Nice, clean room. Attentive staff. They received a parcel for me, which I had ordered, and kindly brought it to my room. The receptionist was very kind and ordered a taxi for us using the Grab app at the actual app price.

The soundproofing in the rooms is not great; I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room (though I didn't understand a word of Indonesian). The breakfast was catered to Indonesian tastes - rice, noodles, meat, which I don't eat for breakfast. I asked for fried eggs and received only one egg. The coffee was terrible. I ended up having toast with jam and butter for breakfast.

Although we only spent one night at this hotel, everything was fantastic! The round-trip airport shuttle was convenient, and the driver kindly waited for us while we located the meeting point. The check-in experience was excellent as well; the receptionists were very friendly and provided us with all the necessary information (meals, shuttles, etc.). The restaurant was really nice, offering a variety of specialties, and we appreciated the friendliness of the hotel staff. My children enjoyed the hotel’s pool a lot. The pool was clean, and the staff thoughtfully brought us towels, which we greatly appreciated. In conclusion, if you are looking for a hotel, choose the Days Hotel without hesitation.

Really good hotel , PRIVATE airport pick up in really nice and new cars , staff is amazing and very helpful , they ordered me a taxi to go to Tangcity mall which is a huge shopping mall with lots of stores and also a supermarket. If you’re need a place to stay between flights this is THE PLACE. I stayed in others hotels and this is by far the best for the price you pay , private pick up was a big difference for me , and I had a big surfboard bag which was no problem and no extra costs ( usually in Indonesia u have to pay extra for boards for no reason ) thanks to the amazing staff and drivers , I’ll be back

This is a reasonable quality business hotel close to the airport. The facilities are good, as you would expect from a mid-range hotel, room spacious, functional, well-lit, with good wifi, very clean, and with solid furniture. Staff is professional and helpful, and in my specific case, went the extra mile to assist when I lost my passport.

The only downside is that while the hotel is close to the airport, due to construction activity cars have to drive around the airport to get to the hotel, basically the time it would take to drive into the city.

Close to the airport, with transport included (to be paid the boards...75.000IDR per trip). Rooms spacious, finally a pretty HOT shower and pool with not too cold water. We stayed only from 10am to 10pm, it was nice to relax the whole day before a long flight. Appreciated not to pay for check-in anticipation. Good quality/ price rapport.

Clean rooms. Bathroom a bit oldish but hot shower with good water pressure. Staff is very friendly. Fluent shuttle from the airport. We were so happy to get early check in. Kids enjoyed the pool a lot. Breakfast was good. Great for one night stay between flights.

Shuttle to the airport at sertain times, not every hour and the last one already at 2pm.
