Nice room, friendly personell, room service quick and with good results providing us with a clean room throughout our stay. Breakfast with local menu, very delicious and with a lot of choices. Some dishes a bit spicy for european part of our family, but very delicious for indonesian part of our family 😂

Nothing to complain about. We are looking forward to come back next year!

Chose this hotel only because it was cheap and relatively close to the airport. Actually it was more than that. Kind staff in reception, nice and clean room, comfy bed, free coffee/tea, good aircondition, wifi and hot water in shower.

No hair dryer Towels are looks very old and not sure about its cleanliness

Very nice and comfy room, very good location to the airport, very helpful staff and what I liked a lot is the concept of refilling the water bottles! A real good concept to avoid waste!! I wished more hotels in Jakarta would offer this.

The bed is really nice. The room was clean. AC worked perfect. Closeby is a nice waterplace. Relaxd to sit in the evening. The place was very quit, perfect for having good night sleep.

The pillow could be little bigger, i am used to bigger pillows.

The staff is good location is very good and good money value

I always stay at this hotel whenever i go to tangerang area. It was comfort, clean and affordable hotel with good breakfast and staff as well

I like every thing good sttaf and welcoming and i felt like i want to stay for ever in this hotel

The room was big enough. The bed was very convenient for sleeping. They have smoking rooms, what is a big plus. The best thing we liked, that they avoid to put plastic bottles into each room, what helps environment. It is great, because i saw how people distroy our beautiful nature with plastik. The bootled water was provided on the floor, if you need it. The staff was very nice, helpful and spoke english well. I can recommend the place.

the carpets in the corridors should be cleaner. But it is not a big minus.

We were only there for a night. Checked out at 4am to catch our next flight. The staff were very helpful organising an early taxi for us.
