The location is great. Unfortunate visit in Indonesia as I had to attend a funeral, but overall, i had a lovely stay at Grand Soll Marina, even just for approx 12hours. The staff were very nice - very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are clean, food was great for breakfast.

Lacked toilet paper in the toilet at first check in to the room. But could always ask housekeeping right? 😊 other than that, nothing negative to say.

The area and entry is nice, the lobby and decoration look fantastic. The rooms are ok, no complaints here. The food from the room service is really good.

The bed is not meant for tall people (I’m 1.87). The room could use some modernization (curtains look and smell a little bit old).

The room was spacious and amenities were okay. The facilties were quite complete and treated well.

I didn't see a laundry bag in the room & no coffee provides. The mineral water wasn't enough (only one bottle), and wish they had an iron as I was staying in a junior suite room. The staff weren't proactive when I left my belongings in the room. Even after I called to search for it, they said nothing was left out. I asked them to check again, turned out it was there. The pool didn't have enough facilities, no towel and not enough seating place. Guests can eat around the pool, which was disgusting, annoying and dangerous.

The staff at GSM are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. The Prost ice bucket deal is highly recommended.

I was asked, when we were leaving GSM, how their service could be improved. I've been thinking for 2 days now and I'm still coming up empty.

Great place with big common areas. The rooms were good as well. The outdoor pool was amazing and gave great vibes. Breakfast and dinner were full of options

We choose because it was close to the airport, but due to traffic it took a long time the trip to and from the airport. The deposit has to be in cash. It would be better if it could be with card.

Clean and beautiful rooms. Discounted rate was very good value. Free dinner was nice.

Distance to airport (13km) is VERY misleading, as it takes around 45 minutes to get there by car. Breakfast box (takeaway) didn't include any drink and we couldn't quite understand why it wasn't possible to just eat breakfast on site with everyone already out and about at 5 am.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was really nice. The place is very clean and comfortable.
