Good location with a wide variety of eating options in the immediate neighbourhood. Very comfy bed and clean hotel rooms - but the facial tissues paper can be better. they are too small n flimsy. suggest Kleenex tissue paper. Lounge - excellent breakfast spread and ala carte; calming, clean ambience and staff very helpful. Hwr, the mee goreng and nasi goreng from the ala carte menu can be improved. the roti chanai with the chicken korma is good. the selection of TEMA teas is very good. Concierge or Shop Assistant nama Lentera - very helpful in helping me enquire on purchase of TEMA teas. unfortunately, Shoppee could not guarantee arrival of teas within 24 hrs - so i could not buy.

pls improve the facial tissue paper in the hotel bathroom. for this stay - there were no square hand towels; only the long towels and the bath towels. so not sure if the Hotel has ceased providing the hand towels.

The place was absolutely stunning, with complete amenities and beautifully detailed decor. The service was exceptional, and I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. Special thanks to the front office team, especially Mbak Indira, who were incredibly warm and welcoming. A huge thank you to the Tentrem team! Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to return.

The location is outside Jakarta, requiring travel through traffic. It’s very crowded on weekends, and the lobby is not very spacious.

We had a fantastic family vacation at this hotel! It’s a wonderful place for families, with plenty of facilities to keep the kids happy and entertained. From play areas to kid-friendly pools, everything was designed with families in mind. The food was excellent – both at the hotel and in the nearby restaurants. There were lots of dining options within walking distance, and every meal we had was delicious.

Calm, cosy environment. Quiet, classy and well-appointed. Staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast area was much better than expected. Huge Indomaret Fresh was just next door and Living World Mall was just 2-3 minutes away via the mall carpark.

Only 2 seats were available at ground floor while waiting for taxi. No proper waiting area as the lobby was at 6th floor.

I had a very memorable and comfortable stay here at Tentrem Jakarta. It has the same standard as the other sites at Jogjakarta and Semarang, and the location is here is very convenient. Plenty facilities that can be accessed, including gym, swimming pool, spa, and kids club. The restaurants are varied with the local Indonesian, Chinese food, Italian food options available.

The decor, minimalist Javanese design. All of the cakes are excellent. Plenty of breakfast buffet options + all the jamu to choose from. Upon check-in i was asked if i want to pay a little extra to upgrade for the junior suite room, and instead we received the Kraton Suites at the junior suite room 🤩 love the room! It was a great gift for my mother’s birthday!

The rooms, the staff, and hotel ambience are top notch

Drop off entrance was quite small. Parking was a limited. Breakfast was crowded. We were given options early in the morning or later in the morning. Even after this time-split, our group still can not enter together

The gym is nice but can become crowded especially as they accept external members.

The adult kids loved it all. Breakfast was amazing huge selection of food.Staff across the board were wonderful, totally enjoyed our short stay.

By far the best hotel I have staying for a very long time and I travel for business a lot. The hotel is quite new and very well appointed. The staff were exceptional - evey one of them.
