The overall service of the hotel is excellent. Whether it’s cleanliness, staff service, or comfort, everything is top-notch. The hotel’s location is prime, with plenty of places to eat, shop, and hold business meetings nearby. There’s also a swimming pool where you can host parties. When you’re bored at night, there are places to grab a drink and some snacks.

The gym floor isn’t clean enough, there aren’t enough drinking glasses, and the fruit water ran out without anyone restocking it.

Our stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The proximity to the airport made it convenient for us. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that our child enjoyed along with the provided cot. The air conditioner worked quietly, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

Check-in was smooth - we got exactly what we booked and with the chosen preferences (a non-smoking room etc.). The staff is amazing, everybody is helpful. They helped us with the bags when we arrived and when we left. The room is very comfortable, with an additional sofa to relax. It was also very quiet in the room, there was no outside noise or any noise from the hotel. The location of the hotel is just perfect- a shopping mall and many restaurants, and also quite close to the airport.

6 Sence, the bar by the pool was a big disappointment! (: Service very slow. And as a couple who wanted to enjoy dinner and talk, we did not appreciate the very loud music. Asked them to please reduce volume a few times, with little or no effect. We hade to interrupt 2nd dinner since we couldn’t talk with normal voice level. And the pool area was one reason to choose the hotel. We wanted to enjoy the pool and relax, read and work.

As I did not intend to swim this time no problem but for those who want swimming the swimming pool is rather narrow. It was very convenient to go shopping mall using connected door to the mall. All other facilities too are pretty good, and I could enjoy my stay very much.

Breakfast very good. Good location outside Yakarta city centre if you are working close to the airport. Good swimming pool and gim if you want to relax after work. Good mall below the hotel if you want to buy things or eat outside the hotel.

Excellent hotel - very nice rooms, comfortable bed, very nice and professional staff, excellent location (hotel connected with Mall which has everything - McD, Starbucks, KFC, Subway, Pizza hut, J.Co, Donkin Donats, and much more restaurants an shops). 2 pools - 1 for kids and 1 big, playground for kids. 30 minutes from the airport with the car. Late check out with minimal extra paymant. Generally, it is an excellent place to stay, and it is definitely my first choice to stay whenever I am in Tangerang waiting for flight.

Location,if you no need to in central Jakarta and have thing to do on west JKT ,Tangerang is good location, hotel above area of department store easy to eat and have minimart next to that area, staff is nice,room ok

Breakfast was awesome , and since it was above the mall, it was easy to shop and get rides or get food etc. perfect location, clean and very polite staff

Breakfast range and quality was superb. Great location next to a large shopping mall. About 30 minutes from the airport. A Grab cost between £3 and £7 to get to and from the airport. Quiet rooms. Allowed us to stay in our room until 1pm.

Glass wall to shower from bedroom - only a blind to pull down (which got very wet). Otherwise excellent.
