Hotel is located in the middle of Tuk Tuk with lots of restaurants around. easy to get anywhere from here, got option for scooter rental in a decent price. The owner is a great lad, kind and helpful. Some rooms have great view on the lake. If you wanna fish you can easily do it from the 'pier' that is a part of the hotel, but you may forget about catching anything apart from 'Red Devil Fish'.

Wi-Fi is a bit choppy but I start to think that it is normal in Indonesia as wherever I go it is similarly bad. Some people may find the morning noises annoying as you will for sure hear a water ski and other things cruising on the lake.

Staff and owner are super nice and welcoming. Willing to help with anything! View on the lake is wonderful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Kettle and teacups are available upon request. No airco but fan is enough! Easy to get to and to leave by ferry. Owner will help wave down your ferry.

It is quite noisy. Doors creak loudly and sound travels so bring earplugs. Usually people slam their doors on accident when they first arrive and then realize that they have to be more careful but you will hear most things. Same goes for patio furniture, wood scrapes on marble. Nothing super bad though, just be aware :)

The guesthouse is a quiet peaceful place with nice garden, gazebos for you to view the lake and have barbecue. The facilities are good. Kettle is available by request. If you use the passenger boat from Tiga Raja port, it will take you right to your accomodations around tuktuk area, so it's easy to reach the guesthouse.

- Finding the reception desk and staff is confusing. Apparently you have to go to the owner's house across the street. If you're lucky you'll find someone there. - While the guesthouse itself and the guests are really nice and quiet, the people who stay in the house nextdoor were very loud since early morning. Maybe in better days you'll get much better experience.

Very beautifully decorated surroundings with a great view of the lake. Friendly staff, within walking distance of restaurants, and right next to a mini market.

The bathroom is a bit outdated and also looks somewhat less hygienic. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work well, and because of the open wooden sections (With mosquito protection) used as windows, you can clearly hear the noise from outside.

Very good location. Very nice friendly and helpful owner, guy who was nice to talk to. Take a room with lake view ! I could rent a good motorbike with him. Communication very easy.

It’s the minimum service : 2 little water bottle for 4 days. No kettle. No glasses. No tea or coffee. 2 small soaps, no shampoo for 4 days. No top sheet, but a blanket. No shelf in the bathroom.. (a bit difficult to let your toilet stuffs for 4 days. ) the bathroom bin was really dirty ( not cleaned up. I did it myself) Be careful : motorbike is not paid for 24h as in 90% of the rental shops… even you rent it for 3 days and they don’t joke with that. WiFi : up and down. But WiFi is usually a problem anywhere in SEA … taking about that with the nice young owner. ; the answer is : you should have asked.. yes ! Maybe. But I’m most of the places I’ve been in 2 years in SEA , I didn’t have to ask …. They offer with their professional heart.

The photos don't do this justice - this was an exceptionally clean and what looked like a brand new guesthouse. It's right on the lake so perfect for anybody mad enough who wants to swim in the lake. The rooms were large and the beds super comfy. There are some good restaurants that are walkable. We hired 2 mopeds and both were excellent and really safe.

We loved the room, well furnished with many storage to store your clothes. The staff is very helpful and meet all your needs. Thank you Bram ! The view is OK, especially if you get a room upstairs with lake view. Terrasse is perfect. Very clean ! You can rent a motorbike. Many restaurant near by. (I recommend Poppy's)

We did not like one thing : the noise ! During week-ends, jet skis and speed boat start at 7.00am. Ans many rooms in Indonesia, they are opened bythe top for ventilating:no soundproof. Sometimes you have the chance homestay besides is doing karaoke till midnight and shout till 1am. We stayed 6 nights in total with 2 nights with few rest. The homestay is great but the location is not in a peaceful and resting area.

Lovely accommodation with a nice view. We met the owner who was really kind and helpful. All the restaurants are a short walk from the hotel. There was space to park our bikes under the roof, which is really nice.

There is no beach/place to take a swim in the lake because there was construction going on.

Very friendly and helpful host. Was always at the ready to assist with anything. Had motorbikes for rent. Brought us to the Tomok ferry very early in the morning for free. It is located beautifully on the lakeside. The rooms are clean, including the bathroom.

It has been said before, but beds are very hard, could do with a topper. The lounge beds in the garden don't have any cushions.

The place is near eateries so it is convenient. The owner's son was extremely helpful in helping us plan our itinerary and contacting a driver for us for a tour, so we covered many places. The room is spacious and soooo clean that it was nice to walk barefoot. I would recommend this place to anyone.
