Front office lady who checked us in deserves 100 out of 100 stars. Breakfast will be serve late but I will depart from hotel at 4am, she eventually put in the effort to offer for a take away. My family felt so touched that this gesture really gives us a great impression. We are provided a meal with fruits and water bottles. We was given 3am morning call, breakfast is ready for take away to be eaten in the airport, and the shuttle is there ready for us to depart. I really do salute the driver, because I left a mobile phone in the room, and we turn back to collect. The services are TIP TOP and very recommended!

We have dinner in their restaurant. Service was ok but food preparation time is too long. Price of the food is a little pricey.

The food for breakfast is fabulous and has plenty of choice for Western and asian, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. They are very generous with all bathroom stuff, and the swimming pool is clean and enjoyable. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The WIFI does not have good speed, and we can smell stink from the bathroom drain. It would be good if the room had a door to go out to see the garden.

Room is comfortable and clean. All staff are friendly. Food during dinner time was great & big portions. Breakfast was average but has all that you need in the morning. The front desk and the manager were helpful to arrange a transfer to the BIJB Kertajati as there are no taxi/ grab around that area.

Clean, near to airport, comfortable , looks new, they provide smoking room with window and smoke fan .
