A wonderful view with no doubt. The behavior of the staff is very courteous.

With respect, the bathroom smell in the rooms. The bedsheets and towels are old and very worn out. Unfortunately, the menu is not suitable for Arabs, despite the presence of a very large percentage of Arab visitors. The bathroom lighting is annoying at night, as is the balcony lighting, which cannot be controlled, especially the balcony lighting.

location is good and close from many places in Puncak. Also the view is amazing and lovely and you can see the green mountians and hear the river sound The main food area is acceptable for me and I believe it needs to be improved to meet the level of 5 stars hotels.

I'm wrting below comments based on my experiance at the hotel: The hotel is old and furnitures need to be changed to the modern type for example the beds sheets are old and there was a cut on the sheet also the bed is not comfortable. Moreover, the electrical sokets are old design, so at least the hotel should install USB for mobile chargers or you need to buy the universal charger. Last point, there was a strange and strong bad smill inside the room where it was really hard for me to enjoy my stay there. I hope my comments will be viewed by the hotel in order to improve specially they have the most attractive location and view.

Strategic location and the outdoor garden. Love the sound of the flow of the stream from my balcony everyday. Likes that the surroundings at night are not scary as there are always activites and lots of lights in the garden and also from the Bebek restaurant nearby. Will definitely be back with my family next year.

I stayed at Queen Junior Suite room. There is no face towel, hand towel and bathrobe. I have travelled around the world. Most hotels would have these basic needs in the room and not only for the highest categories. Also the pillows are too soft and one person each. Should consider 2 pillows each person. This is standard and basic needs. Please consider.

The resort is amazing, it has its own gardens, river views and small zoo with couple of animals in there. Everything within distance and the hotel rooms spacious with balcony. The breakfast is very nice with a lot of choices and helpful staffs.

The amenity kit in the bathroom, soap and shampoo is bad quality that it’s not even get foamy. I strongly suggest to change the type of soap they use or bring your own soap.

I liked the Ambience, location, food, calm .atmosphere and smiling and friendly staff.

There were stains on the wall that could have been cleaned. We had wait for a 1.5 hrs to have an adheckingcheck in and finally checked in 1 hr before 15.00. The staff don't respond to booking app messages when property is contacted.. Maybe they prefer traveloka over booking.

The view is amazing, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

The property is a bit old and some parts, like the AC control, need to be replaced. It’s also slightly far from the center of Puncak, but that was okay.

The hotel is very clean and modern in decoration. The staff are very supportive and likes to help at any time. I truly recommend this hotel especially for families. Thank you Ms.Mila for the great support in providing the requested extention for our stay.

I requested to have an umbrella from the hotel during rain but was refused by a staff called Mr. Diki. after discussion, he agree to give. Overall, nothing was negative.

View of the mountains was awesome. Facilities like the gym, sauna, jacuzzi were accessible to all guests. Breakfast was good.

Perhaps the mini mart can be better stocked with more variety of items. Hard sell of photo package by the company - initially enticing guests for 1 free photo but packages can reach over Rp 1 mill. Way more expensive than other outside vendors. 😬

All the staffs were polite and nice. The view of the mountain was excellent. We were allowed to check in earlier because there was an available room. The check out time was at 12.00 noon. The hot water and the water pressure were great. The room and bathroom were clean and dustless.

The towels were old, no longer fluff and have turned greyish with a few occasional stains. There wasn't any hand towel in the bathroom (but will be provided upon request) and a place to hang them. The wallpaper in our room was damaged. The kettle wouldn't turned off by itself after the water boiled inside. The free breakfast and dinner were terrible. I saw guests fought over empty tables several times. The food were edible, but not tasty. Both my husband and I got stomachache after dining there though. There were parking spaces in an open building and on an open field, but the guests can also park their cars on the narrow lane next to the paddy field, which made going through the lane difficult for inexperienced drivers.
