I liked evythg about the property. The location was right across the street from where we had to go. It’s in a good area. If you worry about 1st time visits & locations you will instantly know that you are in a safe place. The staff was very friendly & polite. The hotel was very clean in every area that we went. You don’t have to go far to get food or drinks.

There was nothing about the hotel that I didn’t like.

The facilities were good but were misrepresented by Booking.com which had it listed with a mini bar, a balcony, bath robes, etc. All of which were not available and disappointing. I should have dealt directly with the Haywood Hilton.

Breakfast was excellent. Environment was beautiful and seemed like a very safe area. Also beautiful, quaint inviting shops and restaurants within walking distance of the Haywood. We would definitely stay again.

The coffee/cappuccino machine was out of most everything, but the staff quickly fixed it the next morning.

Very clean, beautiful rooms, great food and the bar really nice. The staff was extremely helpful and the bartender on Saturday was really nice we love her! We will stay here every time we come to visit the family.

The only thing I had an issue with was our refrigerator in our room didn’t ever get cool.

My stay was perfect! The staff were very helpful and professional. I truly enjoyed my stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The staff was amazing. I loved everything about it my last night there wasn’t a parking place, but there was a place across the street you could use so that wasn’t even a problem.

No night light in bathroom. It would have been relaxing to go to the bathroom after having been asleep and not turn the bright light on.

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great vibe. Place exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well run. Breakfast was very good!
