Excellent location and beautiful rooms. Great communal area, would be suitable for groups of couples to book multiple rooms and be able to hang out as well

It wasn't obvious how to email to contact the property when booking through booking.com, when I had a small query (the lock on my balcony door was broken)

Big room , spacious decks, nice beds, kitchen. Convenient location for us visiting family in echo park , but could feel a little isolated for tourist visiting LA.

NOON Would be 10/10 if it had a deep clean and a refresh. Mend gouges in walls , touch up interior paint , affix coat hook that was still hanging off wall our last stay a year ago. . Hire a More thorough cleaner . Same hair was on our shower wall over 3 night stay. Outdoor furniture was filthy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. The property was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The process from check in to check out was pretty seamless and the host/staff were great.

No complaints. Just one thing to keep in mind if you don’t have a car and will be using Ubers etc - the property is a little tricky to get to. In our experience it helps to request the ride at the back of the property (where you’ll be picked up) as it provides a more accurate pick up location.

[We were visiting family in Silver Lake and this was the best rated place I could find that was near] The property feels quite new and our room was quite spacious with a separate bathroom. It had a sink and a fridge (but no plates or utensils). Our room faced the rear of the building and so was quiet. There is room for about 3 vehicles to park behind the property off the laneway and this is very much needed (see below).

The property looks to be in a quiet suburban area on the photos but is actually on a very busy street (although set back and above it). The property has a number of rooms and ours was at the top of two sets of stairs. This might be a problem for those with a lot of heavy luggage. Our room was clean but did not seem to have been dusted recently. I had to oil the hinges on the bathroom door to stop their loud squeaking. Parking is a nightmare if you can't get to park in the limited space available behind the property. We could only find street parking about two blocks away on one night when we couldn't park at the property.

The property is in a really good location, great terrace and handy to have washing machines on site! The shared kitchen was great for longer stays where you wouldn’t be eating out every night. The facilities in the room was good - small fridge, sink and great bathroom.

Just minor things such as a light fixture missing from my room, the locks would sometimes not lock/unlock on the first try but I always got in in the end! Staff weren’t responsive on the app and instructions to enter the property were unclear

The location was great, close to many coffee shops, stores and restaurants. The house itself was very cute and clean. The bedroom was much more spacious than your average hotel. If I were to return to LA I would stay here again! We had a rental and we were always able to find street parking within a block.

It's a little tough to find the front of the place but we always went in through the back alley as that was easier for us! There are a couple sketchy RVs parked out front but no one bothered us.

We loved the location. Echo park is so fun and has such a great vibe. We loved walking out of the hotel and being immediately in the heart of the buzz! The hotel was clean and smart, and the decor was very welcoming. The staff who dealt with our initial problems on arrival were helpful and provided excellent solutions to our issues. We would be back in a heartbeat

Very little! Once we had been swapped out of our initial room due to faulty air conditioning, our stay was a breeze. We were very grateful to you guys for helping us out

Location incredible to live the city. The facility is brand new and modern. The common areas are very big and cozy. We also had a kitchen in our room that we didn’t expect to have and was very handy. Everything is very automatic in the building so didn’t meet the staff but always found our room clean and organised at our come back. Would definitely stay again. Easy also to park around in public spots.
