Great sized room with 2 big double beds exactly as described. We stayed over a weekend so had the bonus of a hot breakfast, was able to make own waffles which was a nice bonus. Location was perfect for us attending an event at the convention centre around the corner. Generally the location was great, nice area, very chill with no issues.

Room a little dated and couldn't get shower to work, just used the bath so no drama and I'm sure if I'd of told reception it would of been sorted but wasn't a big deal for the short time we stayed.

Location location location. For the money you can’t beat it. The guy at the front desk is friendly and helpful. There is an Indian restaurant in the same building. Some of the best Indian food that I have ever had.

We stay there every couple of weeks because it’s close to the hospital. Every time there is something that doesn’t work. This time the basin drained very slowly. In the past the toilet backed up or the hvac didn’t work properly. We have started to bring a plunger with us. But we don’t expect this place to be a resort.

We stayed several nights in this pleasant motel-style hotel, a short walk from Delmar Metro station on a direct line to Union Station. There is a range of food and shopping outlets within 10 minutes walk. It was in a perfect location for a non-driving holiday as Pasadena is an attractive, walkable city. Our room had comfortable bed, a fridge, microwave and a coffee machine. which was great. We booked breakfast- take-out bags provided juice, fruit, muffin, milk, cereal etc. Altogether convenient and comfortable.

We were not used to air conditioning so the room got a little too warm for us at times. We were surprised we had to book housekeeping in advance but it worked out ok and cleaning was a good standard. The bathroom decor could use a little refresh. However, we enjoyed a comfortable stay.

Great place just close-by to the Metro. Room contains coffee machine and proper working desk. The setting around the parking lot mitigates noise from close-by street. Good value for the price in comparison with other comparable hotels in the region.

Bed too soft (for me). Breakfast (at least at its starting time 6:30) did not even provide tea or milk, at that time I didn't find knife/fork/spoon either. Even for 3$ less I would book without breakfast (yet not possible). It was hard to get an invoice, needed to insist.

Rooms have a decent size and come with TV and a fridge. The accommodation provides a possibility to park your car above ground ($5/day) and underground parking (free), whereas the underground parking garage is reachable by an elevator. Old Pasadena is in walking distance and a grocery store is on the other site of the street. Public transport to L.A. is also within walking distance.

The included breakfast does not provide too many choices and is located on a terrace on the second floor. There is a roof above, but you are still outside and therefore, it can be cold in the morning.

Loved that the beds were bigger than fulls which was perfect for big guys like us. A fridge and microwave was greatly appreciated. Food selection was pretty good, but due to egg prices only eggs were served for 1 of our 2 breakfasts.

Shower fan didn't work well enough, and the toilet paper felt cheap.

The bed and pillows were amazing, so soft and comfortable

Breakfast fell a little short, we went around 8:30am and a lot of the stuff was already gone. A little disappointing, breakfast was from 6:30am-9:30am. So we were surprised that there was hardly anything left

Clean spacious quiet room. Very helpful and cordial staff. Nice breakfast, confortable bed, big shower.

It's hard to think of something I didn't like about my stay. I was there in december and the eating area for the breakfast was a bit cold. It would also have been nice if It was left open as a lounge area during the day even after breakfast.

The room was clean and the king bed was very nice. Breakfast options were better than I expected, with eggs, bagels, muffins, yogurt, waffles, and juices.

The check in is too late. The staff didn't know much about how to get to places.

Bedroom and bathroom were fine - fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine all good. Location central Pasadena, short walk to convention center, shops and restaurants with large Whole Foods Market right opposite. Parking in forecourt a few steps from room. Front desk staff friendly and helpful.

Breakfast choices minimal. Room window gives directly onto outdoor passageway to all other rooms, so anyone walking by can see straight into bedroom - blind had to stay down. Not enough sockets for TV, fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
