This is the cleanest motel we have ever been in and the service was phenonmenal. I told my husband I felt like our room and the facilities was like being in a mini-Marriotts. We arrived late and the night clerk was alert, friendly, and helpful as if it were 10 am. She deserves much accolades for this as most night clerks at most motels act bored and disappointed that you arrived to stop their reverie. Awesome place!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that you can help it but the street traffic was noisy but it was very thoughtful to have ear plugs in the room if needed.

First time on our roadtrip we had a breakfast that had more variation than smudged eggs toasts. This one was really good and the kids liked it as well. Pool was also nice. Good parking lot as well.

We stayed multiple nights but housekeeping didn't clean our room. They wanted to fix it and give us at least some clean towels.

Room was clean nicely decorated, the ac worked beautifully, the water was hot, BIG THANKS FOR EAR PLUGS!!!!!!!!!!;Big Thanks to all staff and the breakfast chef and crew The food was excellent and area was clean and well stocked . I look forward to returning

It would be hard to complain about anything with this hotel. The few things that I had a microscopic challenge with were: a slight gnat problem in the room,and there were only small sized towels at the pool. Otherwise this I give my stay a 5 star plus.

Staff was awesome, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was great every day. Our room was comfortable, well equipped, and clean, albeit a bit on the small side. The facilities were very clean and the pool was amazing.

The maids would drive the carts past the front door in the mornings, and it was VERY LOUD. The room itself was a bit on the small side.

Pool was cold; didn't use. Jacuzzi was small but didn't have time to use. Gym was decent but didn't get to use. I like that there's filtered water there. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Shower pressure was very good and water was hot. The breakfast was good. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room A/C unit was too loud. It really needs to be updated or replaced.

Breakfast. After more than 10 US hotels visited it was standard US hotel breakfast, but compared to European hotels breakfast it was disaster. Conclusion forget about real coffee and normal breakfast in US hotels:)

The room was super clean. The heater worked fabulously! The bathroom was well stocked. Breakfast was a treat! It was very tasty an we enjoyed the company! It was interesting to see the pool and jacuzzi being used when we arrived, although it was far too cold for us to even think about putting on bathing suits! It snowed earlier that day!

I didn't like that my husband snored so loud because he was so tired. But it was great that they provided ear plugs! Now who would have thought of that? A really thoughtful Best Western, that's who!

Clean, nice room, good breakfast, exercise facility. Convenient location and price was right. Hot tub looked great but didn't get to use it! Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast personnel, even allowed us to get early breakfast on our last day. 24 hr exercise facility availability was great.

Treadmill didn't work.

The ved was comfortable and breakfast was well organised and good quality. The room was clean.

Old structure that needs renovation. The bathtub faucet was very difficult to operate and rusty. The fridge was quite noisy. The air conditioning was also very noisy and woke us up when it turned on during the night.
