Thoroughly impressed with Ramada Mardin during our final leg of our journey through southeast Turkiye The reception team was warm and welcoming, making every effort to communicate in English. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean, with the added luxury of a choice of pillows. The bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast was of high quality, and a staff member, Murat, was particularly hospitable, ensuring every guest felt well cared for. The gym was fully equipped Old Mardin area is 12 minutes drive Mardian mall is 5 minutes drive with plenty of restaurants in the mall Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Mardin for 3 nights and 4 days, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the rooms were spacious and very well-maintained. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful views from the hotel. If you are planning a trip to Mardin, we highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and memorable experience. The hotel is located in the new city of Mardin about 2.5Km from the old city. Rooms are clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. WI-FI was good all the time. Friendly Staff. Breakfast was good with many options while it could have been better if the main dishes were not repeatable. The waiters in the Dining Room were very friendly, attentive and of good service to the guests.

The only comment is that the people at the Reception cannot communicate well in English, most probably that their guests are locals !

The young staff in the garden were quite inattentive, and were more interested in their phones - some even had their airpods in their ears - this didn’t look professional at all.

it was amazing i loved everything it was clean comfortable it would be more amazing if they had bigger TV in the room beside that it was super. i will definitely stay again there for my next trip

they have the best gym ever in all the hotels i have been in entire Turkey i wish they keep it for 24 hours open the breakfast was very good and it had options. they have indoor and outdoor pool which mean you can still swim in winter in the indoor pool, not only that but they have timing for only ladies and a time for mixed which I thought it was awesome.

Great 5 star hotel close to Mardin's old town. Exceptional service, very clean room, wonderful facilities including pool, gym & spa, outstanding breakfast. Attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again.

the rooms are big and comfortable. The AC is working very well. Staff is really helpful. International standards hotel except from the disco music at the pool all day long loud and irritating.

The music too loud at the swimming pool. Impossible to relax. It's just like a disco and nobody wants to turn it down. The staff explained it was the concept of the hotel. Then we should be advised beforehand and before booking this hotel that there is live and loud music at the swimming pool all day long. It starts at 10am until evening and we can hear it from the rooms too. It is really annoying and this shouldn't happen in a Ramada hotel. NO staff speaking correct English, difficult to make ourselves understood. Expensive breakfast, nowhere to go and eat breakfast around.

The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The hotel garden is very romantically decorated. The hotel is clean, tidy, as you would expect from a global brand.

The hotel's surroundings are still under construction. The hotel is far from both the modern and historic city centre.
