Very clean. Gated and easy parking. The shared kitchen was helpful. The staff were very nice and we appreciated the breakfast. Also, the air conditioning was very good in the room, which was very helpful as it was very hot outside. The location is walking distance from everything we needed (around 10-15 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, the paid beaches, and laundromats). The wifi was good.

Only a few small things: the shared kitchen area didn’t have good air conditioning, which made it hot in the evenings; also, you can hear the other guests very easily. The bath tub stopper wasn’t working 100%, which made it difficult to take a bath.

Beautifully maintained property that has 3 rooms and a shared common room. Everything is neat and very clean. The host and hostess are very friendly and helpful. Would gladly stay again!

It’s on a steep hill at the end of Alassio so a heavy walk if you want to head to the beach. You can park at the property but finding parking in Alassio can be a pain in the…

Chose this B&B as it had free parking in a town which has something of a parking problem. It was easy to find and our arrival was awaited through some electric gates. There are three rooms and a breakfast room in an annexe to the main house, so you are separated from the hosts. We had an upstairs room with a balcony and part sea view, also a view of the mountains. The room was quite small but quite well provided with lights and storage. There was good wifi. It is about 15 minutes walk to the sea front at Alassio and there is a small supermarket on the way. It’s not too steep a hill on the way back. We also walked from here to Laigueglia along the sea front. Breakfast is provided and has a reasonable selection of breads, yoghourt and fruit. Cheese/meat was supplied on the second day. There is a kettle and a coffee machine in the breakfast room which you can use at any time. The lady serving breakfast was very sweet and helpful.

The main downside for us was it was a bit noisy. When we arrived the guest next door was having a very loud emotional phone conversation which went on for an hour. The stairs and doors are very echoey so you can hear people moving around. The next morning the same guest had a loud conversation over breakfast. There is quite a lot of noise in the area including church bells and cockerels crowing. However it was quiet at night. It seemed a bit odd to never meet the hosts.

They really made an effort to make everything wonderful, it is clean, with parking and a nice room. Breakfast was set out every morning and you could take it outside if you wanted. You can walk into town (20 mins) and there is a supermarket close by. We had car trouble one night and had to ask for an extra night as we were stuck 200 km away. They were really helpful.

Nothing really - I thought we could cook a meal here as there is a kitchen but nothing is hooked up, nearest places to eat about 20 minutes away. We also could not find anywhere that was free to sit on the beach, ok to walk along the waters edge but all the beach was taken up by private sun lounges.

The room and bathroom were spacious, modern and very clean, with all the facilities you would need. The location is great, being only 15 minutes walk from the centre of Alassio and its beaches and the free parking is a huge plus. The owners were very communicative.

Although the self check-in was welcome and lots of information was provided, this involved a torrent of messages asking about time of arrival, documents and repeated transmission of details, all of which was unrelaxing. The rooms were spartan in decor. Breakfast was self-service and apart from two pieces of bakery, consisted of pre-packed plastic items. While convenient and ample, this could be greatly improved and altogether, an opportunity is being missed to make this a high quality retreat.
