Wow, is my description for Cecilia and her amazing property! Her attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests is apparent. Homemade breakfast treats in the morning were one of the many highlights! She was sure to ask our preferences on salty versus sweet. She was helpful with recommendations on what to do around Puglia region. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning more about the history of her Masseria. She has one more trulo suite coming soon that is so cute! A lovely place With a wonderful host. The location is excellent, very near Alberobello and Locorotondo. Cecilia even offered to stay in touch in case we had other questions or needed help on the rest of our trip after we left. She’s such a nice person!

Everything was exceptional!

Wonderful 17th century local farm house (Masseria). Beautiful rooms, full of character and history. There is also a brand new luxury Trullo double room, which is amazing and renovated and furnished with great taste and style. The Masseria is in a beautiful setting of many acres of fruit trees, lavender and organic produce. Cecilia the host is amazing, very friendly, hospitable and very informative about the local Trulli history and nearby attractions. She’s am amazing host and bakes with local organic natural ingredients delicious cakes, strudel and savoury pastries. Highly recommended ! Book now !

Tranquility, in a word. It was an absolutely amazing stay. The hostess is amazingly thoughtful and caring. The setting is serene and beautiful. The room is very comfortable, tastefully furnished, and clean. The breakfast is homemade, tasty, and full of wonderful touches. The hostess offered great advice on where to eat and what to see. The property is conveniently situated near important places to see, including Alberobello and Locorotondo. We also enjoyed the gem that is Martina Franca. We loved every part of the stay.

We absolutely loved the Masseria and the proprietor, Cecilia. The structure itself was set back from a convenient road with quick and easy access to Locorotondo, Monopoli, Alberobello, and many other charming towns. The masseria was a well-kept trullo on a gorgeous farm of olive and fig trees that was beautiful to walk around. Everything was spotless and there were charming touches everywhere. Breakfast was just delicious, especially the homemade cakes and pastries. Cecilia made our stay extra special. When we arrived, she sat down with us to describe the surroundings, the towns, and make recommendations for excursions and places to eat. She was so attentive and friendly, always with a smile on her face. We loved our stay and hope to come back someday. Thank you, Cecilia!

The entire stay was amazing. From the rustic and cosy masseria to the serene views whilst having breakfast, we had an amazing time. Cecilia was a wonderful host and very welcoming, and made sure we were well looked after. Our only regret was not staying longer. I would absolutely go back in a heartbeat.

Tranquil, authentic, its a real oasis. Not a hotel but a real masseria with a lovely owner, Cecilia, who treated us like guests not clients. Its over the hill from the road so peaceful as well.

Nothing. Be aware that there is no pool (30 minutes to the sea) or aircon (but the evenings were lovely and cool despite 30+ degree days).

Staying in Masseria Mazzalorsa was a beautiful experience. Meeting Cecilia was one of our highlights of the trip. We hadnt organised a car rental when we arrived and she very kindly offered to drive us to some of the nearby towns to experience the culture each of them are locally known for. She provided us with a lot of information and history about the local trulli houses and the nearby Alberobello town. The breakfast and room was outstanding. We were so happy to stay in Masseria Mazzalorsa and experience one of Alberobello's oldest trulli's.

Nothing-our only problem is that we didn't stay long enough! We unfortunately didn't organise a car rental when we arrived in Puglia which made it difficult to get around so I would advise anyone wishing to stay in Alberobello to hire a car to explore the surrounding areas.

One of the best stays we have ever had. Absolutely delightful. Charming hosts. Sincere hospitality. Everything provided. Just a fantastic place to stay when visiting Alberobella.

Cecilia was a great host, she prepared for us every morning a rich Italian (sweet) breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruits. Our kids also enjoyed the on-site children's playground.

The rooms were not really in a trullo, but all in all it was a pleasant stay.
