The location of our Trulli was excellent. We didn’t know the city beforehand and found out upon arrival that Alberobello has the old town (a main street and two “neighborhoods” with Trullis), while the rest is just a regular town. Some Trullis have been renovated, and others are newly built solely for accommodation on the outskirts of these neighborhoods. Fortunately, the Trulli we stayed in, number 54, was located in the center of one of the Trulli villages, giving us an immersive experience. However, I recommend always asking about the exact location of the Trulli you’re renting, as we noticed that numbers lower than 20 or higher than 70 were on the outskirts and often not original. Breakfast is good and worth including, as the town is small and dining options are limited.

The people in trhe reception were very nice. Francesco at the beginning explained us everything about the place, went with us to the room which was a bit far, showed us where we could park free of charge, and was very friendly in general. The room was actually a trully tipical Alberobello type and it was extremely good equipped and clean, with a amall kitchen and a nice bedroom and toilette. Really very nice indeed. We shall recommened anyone who comes ro Alberobello to be a geust in "Trully Holiday". Herzel and Carmie

Using Trulli Holiday Albergo Diffuso is the way to visit Alberobello and experience a night (or more) sleeping in a UNESCO Heritage Trullo. This organization renovate Trulli up to UNESCO standards. They are located throughout the town. We booked a Trullo with breakfast included, which was really nice. The organization has a contract with the Cafe next door to the Reception Area to provide a delicious breakfast. Well organized. The Reception employees were fantastic, taking us to our Trullo to drop off our luggage and helped us find a free parking spot close by. Fantastic service. Will definitely recommend to Friends & Relatives.

My dream of staying in a Trulli came true thanks to Albergo Diffuso! The trulli was located perfectly, basically Alberobello is on your doorstep. Parking was located 5 minutes walk away the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly and communicated everything effectively. The Trulli was clean and cosy I loved everything about the interior. Breakfast is booked in a time slot which some may find different but I guess that system works from them and we didn’t have a problem with that plus the breakfast was delicious especially their homemade cakes.

Only thing is on the first night I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable it felt like I was sinking in the middle.

I wish to stay in traditional trulli, so i was happy to book this place- trulli is very authentic, the location is perfect, directly in the centre, but away from the main crowds.. ai loved the fact, they prepared the trulli for us - heated and they are smoll owen for fire, that was really nice ..,we stayed only one night and I I think 1-2 nights is enough, it was great to experience the village in the evening and early morning before it gets really crowded. The trulli had 2 double beds- comfortable choise for our familly, all very clean.. we got all information on time, breakfast was ok, stuff by the breakfast was very nice and friendly.

nothing, for me the bed was too hard, but this is very individual :) .. all fine, I rated higher other accos during our italy stay, as it is mostly the personal touch and people that make the difference, we came in the late evening and left morning, so didn’t have the possibility to experience this

The location is fabulous. Being able to stay in the historic zone, walking distance to all the sights and restaurants was just amazing. The trulli house is just the right size, equipped with all you require and surprisingly very warm in winter time. We had the heating switched off most of the time. The staff were very attentive and breakfast at the cafe was very nice.

I would have preferred hot breakfast in winter time and we once purchased an omelette but it was definitely not worth €10! However, everything else was great and the choice was good.

Nicely maintained property with quality bathroom fittings. The property was well serviced with cleaners arriving early each day. Bed was comfortable and air-conditioning worked well. We had a nice courtyard with sunloungers and hot tub. We did not use the cooking facilities so cannot comment. However the Trullo we stayed in was very compact and not sure it was up to any serious cooking . Overall Alberobello is quite a nice town with some pretty locations and nice restaurants but, of course, very busy with tourists. The staff at the rental office were lovely and very helpful.

A serious lack of storage facilities. When we arrived we had 4 hangers for 2 people and not a single drawer or cupboard for clothes. Walking tours were intrusive, we often found people on our doorstep and once they even complained that we were getting in the way of their photo.

The house was absolutely perfect, they are so cute but modern and spacious with a beautiful terrace. In the morning and evening it’s so peaceful and lovely to stroll around. There are groups of tourists in the day but that’s understandable with how stunning the area is. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and served at a lovely cafe next to the reception. The staff are truly exceptional, nothing is too much, they even came with us to our room to find a parking space and take us to the room.

The location of the room was great, in the middle of one of the Trulli's neighborhood, two blocks from the main pedestrian street . Room space was nice, we even had a little backyard. Parking was included in a free Public parking lot 3 blocks from the room . Breakfast is serve in a café close by . It is a fix menu , not bad , boiled egss, lots of fresh pastries chesse , ham etc . It's not selfserve , there was a lady serving anything we chose wich it is Ok but I found the lady with a little bit of an attitude... not as nice as the rest of the people we have been interacting with .

One of the most unique places I have ever stayed. This was such a cool experience. The Trulli is clean, quaint, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They communicated ahead of time how check in would work. Once at the office in town they showed us to our Trulli and explained what we needed to know. We arrived early and was able to get a close parking spot, and I would recommend the same. Lots of shops and restaurants within a very short walk.

Any negatives were well communicated by the staff.
