The help I received from the wonderful hotel staff was a rare and unforgettable experience, and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. I arrived at the hotel with an electric car I had rented the day before. It was my first time driving an electric vehicle, and I had no idea how to charge it — I drove it down to 3% battery. For hours, the staff generously helped me: they assisted me in setting up a charging subscription, and even came down with me from the hotel (located on a hill) to a charging station several kilometers away. In short, they did everything they could to save me, and for that, I will be forever grateful. All of it was done with a smile and a warm, practical attitude. In addition, I had a room with a stunning view of the valley and forest, the soothing sound of a flowing stream, and a wonderful breakfast. Our stay at B&B Castelo Cimergo was superb. Nestled in the mountains, the journey itself was part of the adventure, with narrow, winding streets leading up to this charming and peaceful retreat. The room we got had no easy way of letting fresh air in, so the nights were hot. You either let the bathroom door open along with the window and hope you won't get swarmed with mosquitos (which we didnt), and/or you open the balcony door which actually is a pre-room just before the balcony. The balcony was shared with another room.

The property is brilliantly located. This was an unexpected little gem for us. The host was very kind and also helped is with a few activities in the surroundings of Cimbergo. I would surely suggest paying this place a visit and also trying out their food. The kitchen is able to craft up pizzas with different doughs, some local delicacies and service is also great. I was surprised by how family friendly this place is and is well equipped for families with kids of all ages. Rooms are well sized and also very clean. Would have loves to spend some more time at this place.

A charming little gem high up in the mountains. The rooms were snug but comfy and the views were beautiful. Our kids really loved the bunk beds : ) Also, they serve a great little buffet and the restaurant downstairs served really delicious pizza! Our kids also loved playroom.

Thanks to the whole team of the hotel for our wonderful stay! It was the safest, cleanest, and most comfortable B&B during our entire trip! Amazing places around with many walking routes. Hearty breakfasts are our special love )))

It was the second time we stayed in this hotel (before we were there 8 years ago but the impression was good so we decided to book it again after many years). The level of hospitality is really high and the staff is very welcoming. It feels like home :)

Lovely property on the middle of the mountain with a stunning view and a delicious breakfast. The property restaurant is really good. One special thing was the play area for the kids, they loved! And around there are some good outdoor playgrounds too. We will came back for sure!

Quiet a bit distant location on the hill next to the castle ruins. Beautiful view on the valley from the pizza restaurant terrace. Very tasty pizza, as well. The number is clean and up-to-date, basic essentials are on their places. Good blanket, original rustic design of the bed headboard.
