The location was great being a beach hotel close to room. I liked the fact that this is a smaller hotel. The breakfast consisted of typical Italian fare of cake and pastries as well as coffee and juice upon request. The staff were all more than willing to accommodate us as a family when we could only speak English and German. They made an effort to understand us and provided great service. The room was comfortable and large enough to accommodate our family of 4. The location and beach access are great and we had a wonderful time at the beach. The restaurant is also good.

We felt very good, and I could say best on the first impressions arriving at the property. It went better than expected ... The hotel is not luxurious and is a bit outdated, but it is very clean and spacious. Looks like a family business, and I think they are trying very hard to improve the aesthetics of the hotel inside and outside.. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. We travelled as a family of 4, and we were expecting a room with 2 double beds, we stayed in a 2 room apartment. We basically had an extra room, which was great, having more space and more privacy. Sea side balcony, amazing 👏. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were offered. The food was good, mostly above 8 or 9 and prices normal for the area. Friendly staff and they have a menu in English, mentioned as other restaurants in the area where we had dinner hadn't.. This is not an international turistic area like Rome! Breakfast is nothing like English breakfast or continental. It's more based on sweet pastry, but it's a nice touch. 2 shops close by if needed. And just 45 min drive to Rome. I have seen a bus going by for Rome. Parking right next to the hotel. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented at the property at a very reasonable cost.

Could do with of maintenance specially on the outside of the building and the front beach.

I loved the room. It was spacious and very well decorated. The balcony and bathroom was very big too. When I ve arrived , I noticed that it was not main light in the room, as they were using 3 lampshade in all the room. The important is that it was a light :). breakfast was lovely, typical italian. I ve also ejoyed an amazing dinner at their restaurant

Very good location, right next to the sea, there is a private parking. Welcoming, kind, friendly staff. Speak English. Clean, tidy room. Good breakfast. Only 40 minutes drive from the airport.

There was no hair dryer in the room.

I loved this hotel! It is on a shore of the sea, beautiful place. It is relatively close to the airport (30 minutes driving). The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The ambiance and the sphere are nice. The bed was good, it was a clean room. There is a lift (important when travelling with a heavy suitcase). There is a free parking behind the hotel and also on a street.

Great place for 1 night stay close to Rome. Perfect in summer because of access to the beach. There is also a restaurant literally on the beach.

Very good food in the restaurant. The hotel is located directly on the beach. The personnel is kind and helpful. There are persons with very good English.

I could see the sea and sunset from my balcony.

Every guest has to show ID if they wanted to share my balcony
