This is better than many high end hotels I stayed in the past. The size of the room is more than twice of many hotel rooms. The facility is very nice and modern and clean. My unit has one bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen. It was like a brand new condominium with about 500 square feet in size. The air-conditioners were one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The location is excellent for me as I drove my rental car. We stayed here for Cinque Terre tour. The drive to La Spezia was 25-30 minutes. We took trains to go five small towns in Cinque Terre. The owner Gabriel was very kind and attentive.

The suite was pristine, spacious and met our every need. The details were well thought out and well presented.

It is difficult to walk into town because the streets are not very pedestrian friendly. This is not within control of the property, but to mitigate the problem the hosts offered to drive us to and pick us up from a restaurant (as we were traveling by bike/foot and didn’t have a car). This was above and beyond, but which we graciously accepted and were very grateful for their kindness and thoughtfulness.

I had a great overnight stay at Bed & Bike. The staff were super helpful and friendly, and the studio was cozy, well equipped, and new. The delicious breakfast was a highlight, and the space was bright and clean. However, I was disappointed that the bed was very uncomfortable and the bed sheets felt too hard against the skin, which affected my overall comfort during the night. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the location as my stay was brief.

If you are doing the Via Francigena or just hiking through the area and are tired of hostels, cheap B&B"s, tenting or whatever, treat yourselves to a night or two at Bed an Bike. The apartment is large, modern, well equipped, super clean with aircon, nice well equipped kitchen with fridge, coffee maker etc. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is fantastic. Best I had on the whole Francigena. You pick it off a list, savoury or sweet, and it's delivered to your door in the morning. There is a nice little pizzeria down the road where I got a pizza, beer and large bottle of water for Euro 11

Outstanding apartment. Super modern with USB ports and plenty of electric outlets, very large rooms, outstanding bathroom facilities, excellent kitchen. About the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in Italy. The hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Excellent breakfast which included pastries from a local pastry shop (we were asked what kind we liked the night before). Good pod coffee machine and super milk frother. We were on foot, walking the Via Francigena, so we didn’t use the bike facilities, but the apartments are over a great bike shop and they provide facilities for bikers to work on their bikes. Can’t say enough good things about this property.

The location was great, near many restaurants that served good food, the staff went out of their way to ensure a nice stay, recommended restaurants and made sure everything was perfect. The room was large, had all the comforts, a kitchen and air conditioning that worked well. The breakfast was left behind the door and was very tasty. 10/10 would visit again.

The hospitality; when we arrived after a hard day walk, they brought us delicious melon. In the eventing the host brought us to the citycenter in Aulla en pickles us up after we had dinner, because walking was a little bit far, for Pelgrims. The appartement was specious, eventing was there, rather new, and very clean. The breakfast was served at the appartement; we could order the special things we wantend from the baker. It was very good.

Nothing; maybe that is was not in the center, but because the host took us to the center, it was no probleem at all.

Fantastic apartment and great welcome from staff. The bike support offered is great and all our tyre pressures were tested and adjusted. The complimentary water melon brought to our room was a lovely touch and the breakfast offering was great. If you are cycling this is the place to stay. For those that want to self cater there is a large supermarket within a 6 minute walk.

We didn’t realise that our deal didn’t include access to cooking pots, although these were quickly provided for a 10 Euro charge.

The room was spacious and clean with great amenities! Our host was so warm and kind and ensured our stay was perfect and that we were comfortable. We were biking the Via Francigena, so what better place to stay than Bed and Bike with a bike shop right there. Our host new we had had a long day and one the next day so was so kind as to offer fresh fruit and provide cold juices in the fridge. If you are biking or even walking Via Francigena, then this is your place in Aulla.

Our stay at Bed & Bike was simply amazing. If we could give 20 points instead of 10, we would. Elisabetta and Paolo are kind-hearted people and amazing hosts. The apartment was modern, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We can also recommend this place for pilgrims on the Via Francigena. It's a very pilgrim-friendly place.
