The accommodation is fantastic, deserving eleven points out of a maximum of ten. The garden is simply beautiful, with a sparkling clean swimming pool, comfortable garden furniture, mediterranean vegetation, lots of flowers and sculptures. The room is very comfortable and quiet, and the children really enjoyed having their own little room on the loft. We also had a small terrace overlooking the garden. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Duino was an excellent starting point for exploring the area and there were also sights to see here: the Duino Castle and the Rilke Trail. We went to the Sistiana beach to swim because the Duino beach was not that good.

Amazing stay for our short trip. The hosts were very relaxed and friendly and put us right at ease. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We were happy with the breakfast buffet offering both sweet and savory options. Easy to get to and not far from the porto. Will be returning!

Really nice outdoors, clean pool and room, fresh breakfast in very lovely patio.

We got some older room which wasn't shown in photos but everything was clean. I was missing some vegetables in breakfast options.

Great property, cosy, offers privacy and walking distance from town-centre and waterfront. Owner took personal care. Caretaker is fantastic, efficient and courteous.

The villa and surroundings are super pretty, the room was lovely and conveniently furnished, breakfast was great and the pool looked amazing. Unfortunately it rained mostly during our stay but Tommaso and Katia went out of their way to make sure we had an amazing stay and so we left with italian sunshine in our hearts :). Grazie mille, we 100% recommend staying here!

Plenty of good quality food for breakfast. Particularly liked the chocolate croissants and cappuccinos. Staff was great plus 24 hour access to pool. Great view of castle from our balcony

The location. Also, it was great that the pool was avaliable for everyone and the water was clear. Lastly but not least, the breakfast was delicious.

The space in our room was smaller than we expected.

It is a very nice villa, in the outskirts of Duino (nothing is far away). 5-6 min walk to the piazza. the room and the beds are very good too. The breakfast was nice and good. I liked the family who is running the b&b

it was bad there were no possibilities to boil water anywhere, and there weren’t a fridge to borrow. So easy things to fix - it would make it so much better for the guests.
