We were met immediately by super friendly reception staff who spoke excellent English and was very patient in explaining everything we needed. Honestly it was one of the best receptions I have had at any hotel in Italy and we have been living here for a while now. The hotel is clean and well-appointed. The room was large and on the ground floor. In the future I would opt for a higher floor with a better view, but the room was quite nice and had a great bed and high capacity Air Conditioning. The parking was easy to maneuver our midsize sedan into, and the location next to the center of Avellino can't be beat! It was really convenient to walk everywhere from the cathedral to bars etc, and is just about as close as you can get to the city before you get to ZTL areas. Highly recommended!

Everything was very good. Room size was good, breakfast was good with a big choice including excellent pastries. The location was good for taking the bus, not sure about where the train station was (we never used it). It was close to the Pedestrian center and many restaurants. The people at the front desk were very helpful when we asked questions. There is a Great bakery on the first floor of the hotel and they serve coffee and beer as well as pastries.

Everything was really good, the only thing I didn't like was the coffee machine (it wasn't that bad, I just prefer coffee that doesn't come from a machine)

Our quad room was perfect for my husband and I staying with our two young kids. The room and hotel were very clean and well maintained. The location was central to the city with a very pretty park with playground right across the street and a lovely piazza with a fountain and lots of dining choices a very short walking distance. There was also a grocery store nearby that was perfect for grabbing some essentials to keep in our room and the restaurant and bar downstairs were excellent!

Since we were pretty jet lagged, we were sleeping a weird schedule at first and the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door and trying to clean our room. They were very sweet, but it did happen a few times.

The location, the size of our room, it was very quiet, and offered a great breakfast. The staff in the breakfast room, and the ladies’ responsible for housekeeping were excellent, especially the one who has been with them for 20 years, nothing was ever a problem for her.

The pastries were stale, everything else was great.

Staff were friendly, good communicators and extremely helpful when I had specific needs, like hiring a driver for a couple of hours. Or telling me about a store next door where I could buy containers for food to bring on the plane that wouldn’t open in my luggage. The location was incredible. Two blocks of my main piazza. The restaurant and pasticceria were top notch and the restaurant worked with my dietary preferences graciously!

Perfect location close to the heart of the city. Very clean, the hotel appears recently renovated. Convenient underground parking. The Pasticceria at the ground floor is brilliant. Also, the personnel was lovely throughout my stay.

That they had secure underground parking within the hotel. The rooms were very clean & spacious & that the hotel was located in a very nice area across the street from a beautiful little park!

Good sized room and bathroom and room very comfortable. Had dinner at the hotel on both nights - good selection and very tasty. The hotel has an adjoining cafe which is excellent.

Not a great choice at breakfast

The room was clean and neat. For a short stay it was ideal. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was great and I found not only the best Pasticceria just outside but there was also a great bio/organic shop nearby.

Overall a well organized hotel. We stayed during some very hot days and the aircon was a privilege. The restaurant menu offers local specialities and the pizza is yum!! Big advantage to have a coffee bar next door for a good Italian cafe and aperitivo. Of course you get little snack included with your drink.
