I arrived late on the evening, and I must compliment the welcome at reception from Mr Gennaro, truly very professional, kind, and polite person. My room was very clean and I had a beautiful view of the well-kept garden. I would like to co.e back with my family as soon as possible.

Gennaro went above and beyond for us, (as we arrived a bit too late for dinner) he made a few phone calls and recommended an incredible restaurant nearby that had phenomenal pizza (buffalo mozzarella and Vesuvius tomatoes 🤌🏼) Room was clean, hotel was fantastic and a great value.

Good beach hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean and nice bed linens. Great pool and directly on beach. At the beach you have your own reserved beds.

The very loud music every day in the afternoon at the pool- and I mean LOUD!!

Pillows were fantastic, breakfast was diverse and plentiful, pool and beach were superb, gardens and grounds sre beautiful.

Bed was pretty stiff.

Property is well located and it has a private beach with allocated chairs for each guest. Public beach is overall very crowded so the hotels private beach is great. Pool is beautiful and was sparkling clean but when we were there, there was very loud music every afternoon at the pool. Also there is outside loud entertainment till at least 1:30 am. Did not bother us but might other people. Breakfast is decent. We had lunch one time at the small pool bar and it was fresh and good and inexpensive.

Could have been maintained better - grass needed to be cut. Cigarette butts everywhere - and full ashtrays around the property. There is a lot of smoking everywhere even at the pool.

I like the location and the animation team were very nice and lovely also the reception team were nice

The restaurant and the food is very bad and limited choice very kids and adults, very expensive and very poor quality really disgusting hamburger and ham also .. and the restaurant staff let’s say some of them are very nice and others are no experience at all . They said menu alla carta but there is no menu they are not straight forward I advise if you go there u must have a car and go eat outside .

Very old facility. Poor quality of furniture, materials and bathroom. Shower small old and water jets dirty.

Too old, it seems that from 90s no upgrade has been made.
