We liked the place very much. It's well furnished, clean and maintained. There was everything you need and in addition breakfast, coffee, tea. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Roberta was great in providing information helping out with questions, and quickly anwering any requests we had. Thank you Roberta, your location is so close to the Sea and accessible to the area.

the bed was too low and difficult to get up from. It wa comfortable enough though. Also the shower was moldy, the walls of the shower are not healthy.

Perfect location, right in the middle of historic center, steps away from major attractions. Roberta was very kind, helpful and always ready with great recommemdations. The accommodation is clean, modern and welcoming. Highly recommend L'Annuziata to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic place to stay in Bari.

Great stay at this hotel. Everything was available in abundance, from fresh towels to toiletries and breakfast options. The room was very clean and well-maintained, and I had absolutely no complaints. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

the location is great, in the heart of the old city. clean room, with A/C, beds are comfy. Value for money is definitely the strongest asset of this stay, as the amenities are basic/good, but price isn't too high. we felt safe at all times.

breakfast was quite low quality, with industrial products offered. Shampoo was also pretty low quality.

We really enjoyed our stay :) Roberta is a wonderful host. Her hospitality made us feel very comfortable. We are impressed by her as a host. We definitely recommend this accommodation. First of all, the apartment is a good value for the money (having in mind we booked it 5 day prior to New Year). The photos do not quite show how nice & cosy it is in reality - the magic is in the small interior decoration elements picked up with love and attention. We were 3 people and we felt great - each having their own space. There is a big sleeping room, a smaller such and a kitchen. The apartment was extremely clean. The apartment is fully equiped with everything you need - from the coffee machine, cosy blankets to the toiletries and candles. Roberta and her family even thought to prepare information for all guests (in various languages) for the sightseeing spots, the amazing small towns you can visit close by, the restaurants and small cafès. The apartment is in a very nice location in the old city part of Bari. There is even a nice bus connection (Nr. 50, use the Moovit app) close by which goes to the train station. In Bari everything leads to the train station :))) Roberta let us check-in early in the morning, as it was possible. I am sure she would have found a way to store our bags even if the previous guests haven't still checked out. She is so helpful. In additon, she made a very kind gesture to us for the New Years Eve with a small compliment from her side. Finding such a heartwarming host nowadays is definitely not easy and therefore it is such a pleasure when meeting such. This makes your stay much much nicer. We hope to visit Bari again - there is so much more to explore in this lovely region of Italy. If we have the chance - we will for sure choose Roberta's accommodation once again. Breakfast was very good and varied - juices, milk, cereals plus other stuff - everything was tasty and it was very comfortable to have all that in the morning. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was absoultely amazing - in the centre of the Old Town, at the side of the Cathedral, though very quiet. I wouldn't change the location for any other place - the life going on in the streets of the Old Town is just incredible! The apartment was superclean and Roberta supernice. She cleaned the apartment after 2 or 3 days, changed the towels and offered to change our bed sheets. I truly recommend this B&B!

My stay was too short - I should've stayed longer!

Location was perfect a short walk to cruise terminal. Bed was comfortable pillows were good. Room. Was very clean. Breakfast selection was good - croissants cereals yogurt and good coffee machine with milk provided. Host meet us at property and showed us through the property. Bathroom is very narrow very clean and worked exceptionally well, you may struggle if you are a large frame person. Would come back here again.

Great place to stay. Spacious, clean and very convenient. The apartment had everything you need. Helpful and friendly host. Location of the apartment is very good for exploring Bari by foot. Good value for money. Big recommend from me! :)

It was extremely clean. Roberta took care of every little detail. She left us some food for breakfast, which was really nice. The B&B is really well located in the historic center of the city.
