We had a truly unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness — it honestly felt like we were visiting family rather than checking into a hotel. Every member of the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and cared for. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the entire atmosphere was so inviting. It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated not just as guests, but as part of a family.

This place is a hidden little gem. It’s beautifully done, peaceful, with surrounding nature. The hostess is lovely and very accommodating. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I highly recommend Il Casale Della Stella if you are looking to get away from the city.

The hotel was gorgeous with stunning views, and the staff were absolutely fantastic. Each and everyone of them made us feel so welcome and could not do enough for us during our stay. Food was delicious, fresh and quick service. We also loved the private car parking facilities as we hired a car the gentleman manning the car park was again fantastic like all the other staff there. Location was only 20 minutes from Salerno (ferry port) making it easy to travel to the other points on the Amalfi coast. Great value for money and we would return back.

The only negative rooms were a little noisy but I get this is like every other hotel. I also would have liked to have seen some fresh fruits for breakfast. But can’t fault the breakfast we did have that was included in the price.

The pizzeria on site was very good and saved us from having to venture out. It was close to hiking trails;)

- Breakfast is really basic (1 croissant, 2 crackers amd some juice amd a coffee). Would have expected a bit more of a hotel on top of a restaurant. - Hotel can be a little loud when there is a party downstairs. rooms are not well isolated. - Nobody speaks English amd front desk could be bit more welcoming. - Pool is open for non-hotel guests too, I did not care, but just do not expect a typical hotel pool - You need to wear head caps in the pool

First of all, there was no reception, we arrived on Sunday morning to enjoy the hotel in the facilities, but everything was clos. Nothing was mentioned on the website when we booked this three days vacation of honeymoon. The hotel is located up on the hill with nothing around so we thought we will enjoy it the facilities of the hotel and the good restaurant of the hotel has they said in the website. we were surprised to known that everything was closed even the restaurant during the three days Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. There was nobody at the reception if we needed something. We had no choice, but to eat McDonald’s because it was the only food around us. We had no room cleaning service in the morning after. The room we got had black mold on the walls. We would we are really disappointed. We were thinking to come three days just to relax enjoy the view and the pool and eat good food but none of this was.
