I enjoyed Everything! I absolutely love this place! So so happy with this stay ;)

The place was comfortable, we had a nice stay. It's quite far from Rimini center but reachable by bus or car, it's quiet and there are restaurants close by, beach is right in front of the hotel which was great. The host was very nice and helpful!

Breakfast was included in the price but I need to say that it was extremely basic, perhaps because we stayed in the place before the season started, we only got poor selection of tiny, sugary jams, chocolate spreads etc. (all in small plastic containers) nothing savory. It would be lovely to get at least a few slices of cheese or ham.

Super friendly host:-) Good value for money. Private beach.

The neighborhood is a bit unclear but under development

There is no air conditioning in the rooms, the breakfast is poor.

The host and the staff were nice and helpful. One can rent two sunbeds and one umbrella in a private part of a beach for 10€.

Unfortunately, our room, especially the bathroom, was not clean. The toilet, for example, was clearly not cleaned.

Disclaimer: This is part of a former mental hospital and they renovated it to make it look like a hotel (crazy high ceilings, old furniture and metal doors- it was INSANEE. The lady working at the mental institution ( just right in front of casa stella)confirmed this and three other houses were part of it in the past, also I checked the info with a police officer). Okay! I have no idea where to start and where ro stop. First of all! IT'S THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER! Don't go there at all costs, avoid this place like the plague. I stayed only for one night without sleeping, and cancelled the rest of the 2 nights (I havent received a refund yet). Namely, my friend was hospitalized, I had to leave due to emergency and they refuse to issue me a refund, even tho it s obligatory according to Booking.com. I would ve left anyways even if there was no situation w my friend. The host lives in the same facility hahahaha. First of all he said he works there, then he said his parents rent out the place. I wont be surprised if doctor Mengele operates there. PLEASE DONT GO EVER. The police said they will investigate this place and I can sue them for distress and scamming. The host said it was a place for children in the past gahahhahaah i had no idea they keep children in such places. Im uploading pictures of the room and the nearby hospital.
